      Don’t do business with this monopoly of a company. These pieces of **** held my online booking hostage for 3 months and also wouldn’t release my website to me which Is stated in their contract. I lost over 100k in early 2023 because no one could book a round online at my course, I should also say we do over 70 percent online booking.

      Buyer Beware, Avoid TeeOff (aka GolfNow). I accidentally proceeded through the checkout for a tee-time for 7 days from now. When I clicked through, it charged my credit card on file and gave me a confirmation message. I immediately canceled. They would not refund my credit card and only offered an account credit with stipulations that it be used ONLY on "Deal Times" and MUST be used within 6 months. I called and escalated to a senior supervisor named Fred and he refused to refund my money.

      Do not use the Gift Card feature on their site! They are accepting money and not delivering the cards. What little I have learded is that there is a problem and it will be resolved "some time in the future". They have NO customer support via the web site. Their 800 number is disconnected and the "chat" feature to interact with anyone has been removed. YET THE GIFT CARD PROGRAM IS STILL AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEB SITE. They have my money and I have no way to get it back.

      1 month ago, I had a tee time at a course and 1 person from our group didn't show. So 3 out of the 4 people paid at the course. Next thing I know, golf now charged me for the entire 4 some not showing. I have called 3 times and sent 2 emails. And every time they agree I've been overcharged and claim they escalated the credit to my account. Yet here I am over 1 month later and I still haven't received anything. I have never had a company operate so poorly. I will never book a tee time at a course that uses golf now again. I'm going back to the old way of booking tee times over the phone. I dont want golf now making another dime off of me. I dont know how it is legal for them to get away with this. If you read reviews, they do this all the time.

      Cannot contact customer support to request a refund (paid for 2 people, 18 rounds). Got to course and it was closed due to wet conditions. Website keeps sending me in circles. How do I reach someone there to request a refund? So frustrating.

      Course was apologetic. They had an employee onsite vs just a sign saying they were closed. Employee aplogized and said Golf Now was aware of closure and would issue refund. I cannot contact anyone! How do I get my money back?

      Literally impossible to contact customer support through phone, email, or chat. No one answers or the website is broken. They overcharge for rounds of golf hoping you won't notice. At least I can do a charge back on my credit card so they won't get any money.

      I've been a VIP member for years. Last week I booked a HOT DEAL round at the JW Marriott Course in Palm Desert, CA. Today I saw it had a HOT DEAL 10 minutes later for $20 less. I cancelled my original reservation and 1 ONE MINUTE LATER I tried to book the lower cost "HOT DEAL". It STILL SHOWED availability for 1 player. But when I clicked on "Make Reservation" it showed it was no longer available. I exited their website then reloaded it 3 times. It showed it was available each time but failed to complete the reservation so I called customer service. While I was on the line with the first agent (for over 30 minutes), IT CONTINUED TO SHOW UP AS AVAILABLE and the lady in customer service kept saying "some beat you to it". I reloaded several more times and it still showed up as available WHILE I WAS ON THE LINE WITH HER. I asked to speak to a manager and at first I was told there were "no managers available today." I knew that must be a lie so I persisted to ask for a manager. She put me on hold then a man came on and said he was a SUPERVISOR NAMED "IZZY". After 20 - 30 minutes arguing with Izzy he finally said that "though the tee time STILL showed as available on their website IT WAS "BLOCKED". After another 10 -15 minute of arguing with him he said he would get it unblocked and make the reservation for me then call me back AND send an email. 3 hours later neither had happened! I called back and the lady said there "are NO supervisors available and she doesn't know anyone named Izzy. She also said she saw several records of me calling in the past but NOTHING WAS IN THE NOTES FOR TODAY'S CALL. I DON'T BELIVE THEM!!! EVER SINCE NBC ACQUIRED GOLFNOW ITS BEEN GOING DOWNHILL FAST. The rewards program that made a customer in the first place have dwindled to almost NO BENEFIT! MANY of the courses they used to list on their website have stopped using them for good reasons I'm sure. I just updated my account to NOT RENEW for the first time in years. GOOD RIDANCE!

      My daughter bought me a gift card. Golf Now will not let me use my gift card without giving them a credit card. The amount for golfing did not exceed the amount of credit I already have. I also asked for them to issue a refund to my daughter. They told me that they do not issue refunds for gift cards. Do not buy anything golf now until you completely read the fine print. My daughter should have read the reviews first. Terrible customer service when I called.
