    I purchased ballet tickets believing that I was purchasing from the Venue. After the purchase, I realized my mistake and immediately tried to get a refund. There is no customer service phone number listed on the website which forces you to email. After sending an email, I was told that they have a zero refund policy. The prices charged are nearly double what the venue charges. I also contacted the venue and found out that these tickets don't work. I want a full refund. This website is a scam and it should be illegal for them to operate.

    I purchased ******************************* tickets online. Usually I only go through Ticketmaster but this site popped up and I should have shown more due diligence. Seeing some online feedback about this company and people getting to venues and having no ticket I attempted to contact them. My first email marked me as spam. I sent a second requesting a refund due to this and the reviews, I then revenged a reply from ****** C advising no such order/ticker exists. I emailed a reply with a screenshot of the purchase, I received an email Duygu A, slightly different email missing a capital C advising there would be no refund and I can sell my tickets on TicketToCa$h. A second email linking to this site was provided. This site is a scam. I email a response pointing this out, ***** O replies advising they have no control over any third party resellers.I take my responsibility not being more diligent, but this company has swung from I have no tickets even though they have taken my money to, you can sell these invisible tickets and providing a scam link to telling me, its not their responsibility to ensure the company they refer me to is legit.

    On October 27th, 2023 I purchased 9 tickets for the Mo Amer show at the ******************* for Dec 30th 2023 from the website: ********************************************************************** tickets were not downloading correctly so I called the venue a couple days prior to the show.They let me know that the tickets I purchased were fraudulent and would not be honored at the door.I ended up purchasing new tickets directly through the box office.I spent $899.07 through event tickets for fraudulent tickets and am requesting a full refund. My order # is ********.

    Unfair selling and promoting tactics to lure customers in with an advertised amount per ticket and then doing a bait and switch. Ticket prices processing and delivery fee where beyond the amount the venue was asking direct.

    I purchased tickets for a concert. When I tried to accept tickets the link never worked. They contacted the vendor who sold the tickets to resend me the link. It never happened. So my tickets never were available when I arrived at the venue.

    I purchased tickets to a concert at the Bank of Pavillion in Gilford NH. To see Matchbox Twenty. My tickets were not valid. This company is a scam. When I called the Pavillion to check to see if I could get the scan codes they told me that I did not have valid tickets.

    The concert was on July 21, 2023.

    We purchased 2 concert tickets to Brandi Carlile at the MN State Fair through this business. We purchased them online around July 11th for approx $473.00. The company sent us the tickets (as a PDF) and we were supposed to print them, which we did. We showed up at the venue for the show, on Aug 29, 2023 only to have the tickets scanned at the entry point and they were fraudulent. That company sold those same tickets to another person as the venue did not let us in and let us know that those exact tickets were scanned in 20 min earlier. We were not able to see the show. I tried contacting the business right then and there, at the concert and could not reach anyone. I have emailed 3 different times and called 3 times. I only got ahold of one person on my 3rd call. No apology and in fact, said they would NOT give me my money back for these fraudulent tickets b/c we didn't have any "proof or paperwork" from the venue itself saying they were fraudulent. We were in a line of 20,000 people trying to get into a concert. No one had "paperwork" to make this fraud claim and we DID try to contact the business in the moment. This is serious FRAUD. This company is stealing money from people and selling multiple copies of the same ticket. This is wrong and this is theft. How can we report them? Can we file a claim with the MN Attorney General as well. This exact scenario happened to us with the people behind us in line for the concert too, with this company. They were also sold fraudulent tickets and were turned away from the show. Please help! We need to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

    My wife was purchasing 2 x $30 tickets from TicketMaster and somehow this site took her order for 2 x $90 tickets plus over $80 in fees.

    March 25th 2023, our concert is at Tanglewood, Lenox Ma this Sunday July 2nd 20223. The venue says only electronic tickets are accepted for this event ******* ****t). The company said our tickets are being ***** by Sunday the 2nd. I have called 3x and asked why are our tickets not being emailed. I was just told they will be there. Know explanation of how, when. After reading all the complaints why also see tickets being emailed and NOT valid at events. I just want help getting REAL tickets from them. We already over paid ($630) for tickets we could have gotten for $156 if I did my homework. I know I should have looked around but we were excited to see the concert and didn't want to miss out. Can you please assist..my wife's credit card has been charged and everything we have read on the website states things such as, "if you get to your concert and your tickets don't work, please call us". Basically saying it could be fake.
