    I accidentally purchased tickets to a concert. I was trying to purchase tickets to the correct concert ,but purchased the wrong tickets. I immediately called the seller. They refused to cancel the order to me, and they refused to transfer the funds to the correct concert that I wished to see.So now Im out $269 . the seller was unwilling to help me transfer the funds to the correct concert now I have my credit card company filing a dispute to try to reimburse me the money That I lost

    I bought tickets for Three Dog Night . The concert was canceled . When I went to get a refund they refused . It was not my fault the concert was canceled. All I want is a refund .

    I purchased these tickets on 3/15/2024. Company stated tickets would be mailed on 5/3/2024. I get an email today that stated tickets will sent out on 5/16/2024 when the event is 5/17/2024.

    I never received my tickets. The website wouldnt work. I had to purchase more tickets at the venue and was supposed to receive a refund due to ticket center not giving me my tickets due to account info. But they took my money. I have screen shots of them saying I wouldnt get a refund and then talked to lady on phone and she said I wouldnt receive one. This is completely fraudulent. I have all the proof and screenshots.     Tickets purchased through Events Ticket Center on Sunday, April 21st, 2024 for $672.02 for the ************************* concert in *********, ** on Thursday, May 2nd. No mention of a no cancellation order policy, yet some how they said I agreed to this. I have contacted customer service, who was very argumentative and was absolutely no help. I want my order cancelled and my card refunded.

    I bought tickets from this scam website, I did not realize it was a TICKET RESALE site - they charged me $150 per ticket. When I received the ticket they had someone else's name which was confusing. I checked online again through the band's website and realized the tickets are only $35!! The company is refusing to refund me - the tickets are NOT TRANSFERRABLE, they have someone else's name on them!!!

    Transaction date: 04/09/2024 Was taken to website when I clicked the show I wanted to see. First page to order tickets, I clicked 1 ticket. Took me to seating and pricing. I picked a section and row with pricing of ****** per ticket. I didn't notice the small icon about zone seating. Completed purchase (service fees, etc.. were then added to my total price). Shortly after got a text stating "I am reaching out to you in regards to your Queen of the Stone Age tickets. We were just notified there is no available 1 seating in Section ** *** R, but we can offer here 1 seating in **************** row P will that work for you?" There was no identification of who this was reaching out to me. I was surprised by this because I understood I was purchasing the section/row E/R. It was texted to me by this mysterious unidentified person/company, that I had purchased a zone. To make a long story short, I did not know I was purchasing a zone. But more importantly there is absolutely no disclosure as to what my "zone" is. There is no visual or written description of the area in the zone, only that I will receive a ticket in an equivalent or better location. First of all, the original seats I thought I was purchasing are situated in a middle section, lower row closer to stage in this section. The section I was offered is a section on the left facing the stage not centered. Yes row P is 1 row closer. I was told this was an upgrade. I declined them and was told they would get back to me 2 days before the performance date. I did not agree at all that this was an upgrade. I was then told that "comparable or better seat" is determined by market value. Market value was not explained disclosed before purchase. What is most deceiving is the nondisclosure of the seating zones. I ended up calling the 855 customer service line this morning and first of all he said he had no record of the conversation mentioned. And my zone includes all seats in 3 entire sections. Deceiving and manipulative.

    We bought three tickets from Ticket Center for an event in *****, **, ******************** Circus. They have not delivered our electronic tickets. We have spent many hours and days trying to get them to deliver these electronic tickets and we are not getting anywhere with them. This has been going on since March 20, 2023. They keep apologizing and telling us it is their fault for us not to get the tickets. They said only Ticket Master was selling the tickets. And, that people that bought tickets through Ticket Center would get their tickets transferred to Ticket Masters to access them. We bought a total of six tickets but only three were from Ticket Masters. We found they were cheaper after we had bought three tickets from Ticket Center. and bought three more from Ticket Master. Now Ticket Center say that this is the confusion because they thought that the tickets we bought from Ticket Master were the ones that Ticket Center transfer to them. But they are not. We have our Credit Card charge to prove that we paid for tickets from both Ticket Center and Ticket Masters. The event is on April 6, 2024. We want access to our tickets from Ticket Center or a refund. We are so frustrated with them after spending so much time with them on the phone trying to figure out what is going on. Some of their custormer service agents are attentive and respectful, appearing to want to help but cannot resolve the problem. Others have been rude and not helpful. Time is going by and the event is coming and we have no tickets. We are not even sure which Ticket Center we bought from becuase there are many listed but this is their telephone number we have been calling, ************. This was our first time buying tickets online. We were shocked by the price we had to pay but naively assumed that was what circus tickets cost now a days. We are elderly and promised our six year old grandson to take him to the circus. We did not check carefully and thought we were buying directly from the venue The ******************** organization. Though it cost us so much, we decided we also wanted to take our adopted granddaughter, a 10 year old neighbor and her parents too. She does not have any parents. My husband and I do not have much money but decided we would pay this off our credit card during the next year. After buying the tickets, as we tried to connect with ************* Schrinners regarding the problem we were having getting our tickets, my husband found out that we had been had by these business that buy many tickets and than sell them for so much. We are so embarrassed that we were so stupid and fell into this mass. We know that we cannot get a refund. That is the deal with these business but they have not provided the service they claim to provide. We are missing three tickets worth $337.01. So we either want the tickets or a refund if the cannot get us the tickets. Please help us resolve this mess we are in. Thank you.

    Hello, 

    We have no idea the address of Ticket Center or even if this is the real name they go by.  Attached is a screen shot of the website they have. The reason we gave you their phone number in our summary requesting your assistance is because it is all we have to communicate with Ticket Center.  We do not know where this company is located. We have looked for an address but cannot find one. We can request a copy of the charge to be sent from our credit card company or I can send you emails Ticket Center sent us.  Please do not reject our request for help. We were just guessing that it was located in ******* because there were a number of those companies listed in ******* when we goggled for a location of Ticket Center.  But attached is the screen shot of their website address and also their phone number.  But here is the phone number again of the company that we have been given to contact them: ************. Our order number with Ticket Center for our three tickets is: 62587509.  Please help.  Please call us if you need more information.  Thank you so much.

    Hello, we apologize.  In providing you with more information on this matter I gave you the wrong telephone number of Ticket Center that we have and only way to communicate with them. This is the telephone number: ************. You refused to check out our complaint because we did not provide a correct address of the company.  We do not have an address.  Cannot find one for Ticket Center.  This is the number that we have used to communicate with a ticket sales agent: ************.  Please help us. Ticket Center is giving us the run around and we have not found our three tickets that we were taken for the amount of $337.01. Please consider helping us to either get our tickets or get a refund.  We have been dealing with this matter since March 20, 2024.  We got caught in this because we are naive, had never bought tickets for this in many years from companies like these.  We thought we were buying directly from the Shrine Circus.  Stupidly, we got caught.  We are elderly and just got caught. All we wanted was to take our little grandson to the circus for his very first time and invite our little neighbor, who is our unofficial adopted granddaughter and does not have her grandparents anymore.  If you have questions please call us at ************.

    I bought concert tickets ($138) and clicked mobile delivery. I did not agree to have them physically mailed the day of. I did not even enter an address to have them be delivered to. When I got the confirmation email, it said they will be delivered THE *** OF the concert to an address I NO LONGER LIVE AT that they somehow had on file. I have reached out to the company MULTIPLE TIMES and have not heard anything back. This seems like it can be easily fixed by simply sending me the tickets via email or allowing me to update the shipping address. Absolutely ridiculous that no one has gotten into contact with me.
