      I have been contacting Tupperware since June 24,2021 about replacing a cracked lid on one of my bowls. They opened a incident number********* and told me they were updated their system and could not process warranty items at this time and to call back. I have been calling back every month or so since then and getting the same excuse. Today October 28,2022 I called again and got the same excuse. When I pushed I was told I could mail my bowl and lid back to the warehouse and wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to possibly mail me a replacement. I do not think I should have to do that after all this time. My resolution would be for them to mail me a new lid as per their warranty. The number of my bowl is******* and the number of the lid is *****. The bowl is fine the lid is cracked. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter.

      Tupperware emailed me immediately after receiving my complaint from the BBB and said they would send me my replacement lid that was under warranty. Today Nov 9, 2022 I received the replacement lid via Fed Ex. Thanks BBB for getting this taken care of as I have been fighting with Tupperware way too long over this warranty replacement.

      I've been Contacting tupperware over and over for the last year in regards to warranty replacement of lids for our tupperware products. I keep being told they are upgrading their warranty system and to call back at a later time. I tried again today and told same thing. There's no possible way they are still upgrading their system. No business takes this long to upgrade something. I feel like they are just trying to get out honoring the lifetime warranty they offer. After reading other posts on the bbb site I see that definitely is happening to others as well. This is ridiculous

      The Tupperware warranty system has been unavailable for over a year. I have 3 cracked lids (item *****) that need to be replaced. Customer service continues to tell me they have no idea when the warranty system will be available.

      I had bought tupper ware almost 25 years ago ,lot of containers.
      they give lifetime warranty. @ of my lids broken .they are old .I called tupperware compay many time over the last year.everytime they says their warranty system is being upgraded .OR go to the website.no help.last call the customer service agent told me to contact tupperware dealer and buy the item.
      i asked dont they give lifetime warranty,he said yes. so I said to him why you want me to buy ,is this a scam going on
      my two lids ****** and*******( these numbers may be old but they will have something similar)
      if not then they should replace them .
      i need them for my containers.
      if they give warranty,why am I being told to buy these items.

      Tupperward offers a lifetime guaranty but is not replacing items (I have been trying for almost a year) stating their 'system' is being upgraded. What are they doing with all of the replacement claims (specifically mine)? They falsely stated replacement guaranty, if they are not honoring it.

      In over one year I've called the Tupperware replacement number nine times. The dates I've called are 7/16/21, 8/2/21, 8/25/21, 9/23/21, 10/28/21, 11/19/21, 12/28/21, 4/8/22, and today 10/21/22. Every single time I've talked to someone else that barley spoke English. They read the same script from every time I've called. Exactly the same!! Always telling me that there's an issue with the replacement system and has no date that it will be working. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! My first ticket number was******** When I called last April I was given another ticket number*********. I can't even believe how they are still in business. I would like to get my replacements!!

      For the past 1.5 to 2 years I have been checking on getting my tupperware lids replaced. These are relatively new tupperware and all of these lids have failed in the same manner. I think there was a defect in the molding or material. In any case, I started with phone calls, then moved to email as requested. Then I learned they were working on their warranty system and could not take care of any warranty claims at this time. I resent my email a few times, trying to get a reply, and never did. Now I've just re-checked the website throughout the year 2022 and it still says they won't honor any warranty. Are they simply doing terribly financially so they are ignoring their previous customers? I want my lids replaced so that my tupperware purchase was not a waste of money. * the first pic uploaded shows the 3 lids, notice areas around the edges where it is jagged, or warped or mis-shapen, not allowing the lid to hold onto the tupperware bottom. * the second picture shows the model or item number of the tupperware.

      Tupperware Offers a lifetime warranty on their products. Every time I call or go online to get cracked/broken tupperware replaced being told they are updating their systems. No system takes this long to update. It seems they are no longer honoring their lifetime warranty. I have several pieces of tupperware that is cracked or lids torn and cannot get them replaced. When I first called (seems like 2 years ago) received a ticket number and never heard back.

      I have spent a year working with a Tupperware representative trying to get a warranty issue taken care of. I understand Tupperware was not doing Warranty replacement but many months ago they were taking care of replacements The Tupperware representative I have been working with has either been nonresponsive or has make constant excuses. I even asked for my lids back so I could take them to another Tupperware dealer and never received them. I have elevated this to Tupperware corporation and got excuses from them also and they told me to go back to the representative and take my cracked lids with me. I explained I don't have them the Tupperware representative has them and I can't get them from her. I want my lips back so I can go elsewhere to get them replaced or another dealer or give me my replacement this has been going on since November 2021

      I have two cracked modular mates lids. I've contacted Tupperware multiple times to get warranty replacements. Online and by phone, they say they're upgrading their warranty system and can't process any warranty claims. They have been "upgrading" for over a year and no one will say when they'll be finished and do warranty claims again. I can't use containers with no lids. The expensive containers were bought because of the warranty which is: "Tupperware brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product." I want my lids replaced per the warranty.
