      If I could give less than one star, I would. I have been using this company for over a year with the exact same order every month. Every month, there is an issue of some variety, but this last order has been the worst. I started this order on 5/22/2025 and it is now 6/24/2025 and my order still has not been shipped. I have resorted to using MDI as I have not had pump supplies in weeks. I call every day and they tell me a different issue that I need to resolve and I call back 24 hrs later and its a different issue. This is absolutely the worst business a diabetic could ask for and it is unfortunately the only option my insurance accepts. Do better.

      My mother is 91 years old and has COPD, so is reliant upon oxygen. Rotech did not get the prescription from her doctor so her insurance was denying the claims. They kept billing all year, it's June. They never reached out and we had no idea there was an issue. I received a text in May telling me she owed almost $200.00. I spoke to mom and told her we'd look into it the following day. I received a text that next morning saying they wanted to make arrangements to get her equipment. I was livid and dared them to come get it. Per her insurance company, she owed nothing. I made several calls, realizing they requested her test results from a doctor she hasn't seen in 6 years. I gave them her doctor's contact information and they said this would be resolved in 30 to 45 days. Three weeks later they sent my mom an email saying she hasn't paid and they were coming to pick up the equipment or she would have to pay for all if it. I called her doctor's office and they have no record of any request for information. If the insurance company denies the claim the customer has zero responsibility. They threatened to take oxygen from an oxygen dependent person for not paying money she doesn't owe. This company needs to be shut down and retrained on customer service and humanity.

      If I could leave a zero I would. ******* the office manager is completely incompetent. She tells you not to pay your bill because they will never refund you once insurance has paid. They do not deliver products and jazz in the front office will not file the insurance which is part of her billing job. I had to wait an entire 92 days to get someone to bill my mothers insurance. They have not one time answered the phone for faulty equipment and they have not one time been to my home for delivery. I have gone to their store every single time for equipment and for replacements .you have to have face to face contact with them. And even then they are horrible rude .

      If you don't have to use Rotech, don't. They lie to their customers, make constant billing errors, don't come when they say they are going to be there. If you go to the office, and ring the bell like it says to, it takes them 15 or 20 minutes to take care of you. Rude on the phone. I know that many people have no choice but to use them, and I feel sorry for those people. One of the absolute worst health care companies existing. I don't know if the company doesn't pay their employees enough, or what the problem is, but I can't understand how a company this bad is still in business!

      If I could leave 10 stars I would!I cannot say enough about **** out of Largo. A friend of mine was released from Largo med and the hospital had us orchestrate things for his return home.I thought it was going to be this big ordeal.But thanks to **** from the ************* We were able to get **** B home comfortably and all setup for continued oxygen use with confidence.Thank you for not only your ******** ****, but your knowledge and professionalism.**** is doing so much better. And you were one of those stepping stones to get there.

      ******** customer service. My order was supposed to be delivered several days ago and according to the shipper *** it left ******* 4 days ago. I live in the ******** area and typically it takes one day to arrive from that point. I contacted Rotech to see if they could help me find my order. I asked them to track the shipment and was told that they cant do that. I asked them to cancel the order and was told that they cant do that. They are happy to take my order but thats where their responsibility stops. Again, horrible customer service.

      A class-action lawsuit might get these miscreants motivated. Nothing else has. Their headquarters are in *******, ** which is not far from me and know legal professionals that would surely be interested in taking this firm and their investors down. If interested call me at three two one two three four seven one two zero

      I leave 1 star only because there's not a lower one , this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and the ******** doesn't give any other options for supplies

      I rarely get it give bad reviews. I hate giving them, but this one is warranted. Ive been calling since last Wednesday to get my back up oxygen replenished they promised me twice already. They would be here on a day and they have not shown up in the times I promise they would be here. Youre expected to stay home and be held hostage all day to sign a piece of paper for their paperwork, but then they dont show up. They said use your concentrator or you can come by the office and pick it up if youre in temple. My car is a six-cylinder I live on a fixed income. Are they going to give me back to $15? It takes to take it from my house for just 50 miles away to ****** and back. Are they going to reimburse me that I think not they cant even show up when they say theyre going this is a service that they offer. They said use your concentrator. I am using my concentrator with electricity has gone out three times in the last two weeks. What am I supposed to do when the electricity goes out? I am completely out of backup oxygen They told me I could come pick it up, but what happens if I passed out from lack of oxygen on my way over there. Are they gonna pay for my hospital stay in the wreck. I caused or somebody else I might hurt trying to do their job just because I tell you this is the worst customer service Ive ever had they just dont care. I have been here going on day six out of back up oxygen and i They keep getting the runaround as soon as I can. Im getting another service I. Ive read some of the reviews and seems like pattern my next call is to ******** to complain Im gonna ask my doctor why he recommended them and Im gonna tell them tell him what they did and tell him not to recommend anybody else they are the worst possible people for a life-saving service When people need it they just do not care. But you better not be late on a payment or you heater message every day . I got late text and I was a month ahead . Worst of the worst . !!
