      I rarely get it give bad reviews. I hate giving them, but this one is warranted. Ive been calling since last Wednesday to get my back up oxygen replenished they promised me twice already. They would be here on a day and they have not shown up in the times I promise they would be here. Youre expected to stay home and be held hostage all day to sign a piece of paper for their paperwork, but then they dont show up. They said use your concentrator or you can come by the office and pick it up if youre in temple. My car is a six-cylinder I live on a fixed income. Are they going to give me back to $15? It takes to take it from my house for just 50 miles away to ****** and back. Are they going to reimburse me that I think not they cant even show up when they say theyre going this is a service that they offer. They said use your concentrator. I am using my concentrator with electricity has gone out three times in the last two weeks. What am I supposed to do when the electricity goes out? I am completely out of backup oxygen They told me I could come pick it up, but what happens if I passed out from lack of oxygen on my way over there. Are they gonna pay for my hospital stay in the wreck. I caused or somebody else I might hurt trying to do their job just because I tell you this is the worst customer service Ive ever had they just dont care. I have been here going on day six out of back up oxygen and i They keep getting the runaround as soon as I can. Im getting another service I. Ive read some of the reviews and seems like pattern my next call is to ******** to complain Im gonna ask my doctor why he recommended them and Im gonna tell them tell him what they did and tell him not to recommend anybody else they are the worst possible people for a life-saving service When people need it they just do not care. But you better not be late on a payment or you heater message every day . I got late text and I was a month ahead . Worst of the worst . !!

      I have tried to reach them several times over the years, and NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did a person answer the phone or return a call. Not once. Then when you call during lunch, their message says to stay on the line if you want to leave a voice mail, no voice mail option ever comes up at the local number or the 800 number. This company *****.

      I don't know why hospitals will deal with this company, it's horrible! First they sent me the wrong equipment and so far I have not received any credit, then the battery pack became so hot I thought it would start a fire. Then they needed a compliance report from the specialist in the beginning of April. I received a text, a week ago, stating they needed more information. I called them and I spoke with *****, who should be let go after the lack of customer service from her. She stated she needed another compliance report plus I needed to see the specialist before July 13th, this was last week this conversation took place. I told her I would not be able to see the specialist within that amount of time, it would take 4-6 months till I could get an appointment. Then I said I would email that office but I needed a phone number for them to call back. This agent told me I could not and she would not give the phone until I called back with the appointment date!??? Are you kidding me, this was all a game for her. Then a little before that call someone else called from RoTech, I did not know who they were nor did I know why she was calling because that phone would cut out or I could only hear 1 or 2 words of that conversation! I total that caller numerous times I could not hear her nor did I know what she is talking about because the phone was the working properly, I needed a new phone, she just kept going on, I never knew her name and I never knew why she was calling, she just kept rambling on and not paying attention to what I was telling her. Then I received another call from RoTech at the ********* site. It was again the same reason she was calling and I told her why I would not get in to see that specialist that soon but I could do a video call, maybe. And it started all over again. When I was talking she was talking over me and I told her I didn't receive that call. Well after thinking about it that was the call I could never hear anything! Horrible!

      Worst company to deal with for medical supplies. I jave been trying for 2 weeks to get a wheelchair for my wife and they keep coming up with excuses why it cant be done. Our doctor has contacted them directly to verify script was correct. My insurance company has already approved it and still cant get anything from them. DO NOT USE USE THIS COMPANY. They dont care about their customers at all.

      Failure to properly fill diabetes order. Requested a 3 month supply of diabetes supplies. They only sent part of one month's supplies as they only shipped (1) G7 Glucose sensor which is only good for 10 days. They are finally going to ship out the missing G7 Sensors only after I asked to speak to someone in *****************. Everytime I tried to deal with the overseas call center I was told they would forward my issues to the processing department which apparently NEVER happened. I suggest anyone thinking of using Rotech/Better Living Now to look elsewhere for a company with more customer concern and better customer service although my ******************** told me they had no supplier suggestions as all the suppliers are now useless.

      AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. TOLD ME MY INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER MY MACHINE SO I PAID $3600.00. TOLD I PAID IN FULL. OWED NOTHING. THEY CHARGED MY INSURANCE AND CONTINUE SENDING ME BILLS. ALSO THE COST FOR THE MACHINE WITH OTHER VENDORS WAS APPX 1000. THEY OVER DOUBLED THE COST. MY ** DIDN'T SAY I HAD A CHOICE TO BUY ELSEWHERE. GO ON *** ****** WEBSITE AND FILE COMPLAINTS ON THESE PEOPLE. BILLING UNDER MULTIPLE NAMES. I NEVER HEARD IF THE COMPANTLY THEY USED TO BILL MY INSURANCE. THE MASKS DIDN'T FIT AND I LEFT WITHOUT A WORKING MASK 2X. HAD TO BUY IT ON MY OWN FROM A GOOD COMPANY . THEY ARE STILL SENDING ME BILLS EVEN THOUGH ALL MY PAPERS SAY I'M CASH PAY AND NO AUTO SHIPMENTS APPROVED. ALSO THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A SMALL IPAD AND YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO READ WHAT YOUR SIGNING ONLINE WHEN YOU GET HOME

      Horrible Experience, very Rude and obnoxious from management.Extremely poor quality old worn down outdated equipment when you ask them a question they even don't watch their mouth in particular ****** ****** and case manager at the hospital ..Don't use this company for your elderly parents.

      THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU DIE FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO BREATHE. THEY ARE VERY LAZY AND RUDE AT THE ROTECH OFFICE IN ******, **. I'VE BEEN WAITING TO RECEIVE MY PORTABLE OXYGEN SINCE 5/8/25. AND AS OF TODAY 5/15/25 I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. AND THEIR PATIENT PORTAL DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU TO LEAVE YOUR CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS.

      Company gives you the run around on medical products. We have been waiting for my mom's medical bed over 2 weeks. One facility said another facility should be handling. They company requested info from *********** I told them they should have had that info weeks ago. I told them the various facility should have the same data base to see the latest updates! I had the same issue with this company over 4 years ago( what a headache). I know there have to be numerous complaints that have not been posted!

      I am incredibly disappointed in this company. We needed urgent oxygen delivery for our infant. My husband had to pick up the equipment from the technician because he said he would not be able to find our house in the mountains. When we needed additional equipment due to a faulty regulator and additional E and M tanks I called 7 different times, spoke with numerous individuals (including someone who stated they were a manager) and was told the following:We do not have an order for the oxygen We do not know the doctor that ordered it We need a new order We do not see your information in our system We do not provide oxygen for pediatric patients We will pick up the equipment (and may or may not deliver additional tanks)**They also consistently had an incorrect phone number for me despite me correcting every individual at the company and providing my correct contact information. I did the following to help remedy the above issues:I provided them the doctor's information (again). They should have had this from the initial order.I asked them if they do not provide oxygen for pediatric patients then why was it initially provided?I asked if they needed to pick up the equipment, then do we need to find an alternate provider for oxygen?I was by numerous people that I would receive calls back to answer my above questions, but no one every followed up. Overall, there care was terrible, dangerous, and negligent. It made a situation that was already very stressful (having an infant on oxygen), nearly unbearable. I was left wondering if my baby would run out of oxygen, and spent countless hours on the phone with no follow up. I would give this company a 0/10 review if that was an option. My hope is that others do not suffer the terrible service that we did.
