      This company is horrible. In October of 2021 I attended my grandsons wedding in Steamboat Co. I have COPD and was having trouble breathing and my son had Rotech bring a concertrator to my hotel room and also a small oxgen tank. They said to leave it at the hotel and they would pick it up om Monday. The hotel manager told me he had to call them to pick it up. I have talked with the manager of the hotel and he confirms they picked it up. They started billing me around April of 2022. I have given the the name of the manager that can confirm it was picked up but no one has called him nor do they call me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!
      My parents are having the worst nightmare experience with this horrible company. My parents contacted our NC Legislature Representative, TIM *****. He had a link sent to them to file a complaint with the Department of Justice. I hope this helps ANYONE who is having to deal with Rotech.

      They keep sending me supplies after I told them not to send them anymore!!! And I got charged for them while their return time is a ridiculous three days!

      Rotech has the worst customer service ever. They have a computer that calls you back and no one answers the phone. If you call them the computer says they will call back and you get a call back but there is no one on the phone. It's an endless cycle.

      HORRIBLE customer service. No one in the company knows how to communicate let alone how to help you out. My husband has had his machine for over a year and they are just now telling us that it hasn't been reading his results. Then wants to tell us that they messed up on matching the serial numbers but yet this is our fault for not telling them it wasn't reading? How's that work? Try and call 3 different offices and NO ONE will answer. How is this ok?

      I have been waiting for a CPAP since March 25th. It is finally being delivered today 4 months later. Rotech lost the first order, then repeatedly mismanaged the order for 2 months. They put it on hold for weeks for no reason. Couldn't give me any answers. The order just sat around with no one following up. Customer Service is so bad I don't know how they stay in business. I explained to them that I very sick with HBP but they still couldn't figure when I would get my cpap until it shipped. This company is in dire need of new leadership.

      I've waited 4 months for them to get a wheel chair I can actually use. They sent the wrong size the first time ignoring the VA asked for a larger one due to my hip injury. So two more months later and I get a message this morning with NO warning that tells me it was sent yesterday that the chair would be delivered the day I got the message and they would contact me to let me know when they were in the area. I didn't have anyone show up at my house yesterday nor did I get a message. I can't contact them to ask what the devil is going on but this was their behavior the last time. I would never recommend these people to anyone. Not if they want good care. The VA needs to consider another provider because tax dollars just went on one chair that was the wrong one and they haven't show up to deliver the second chair which was tax dollars. Plus the wrong chair is NOT returnable.

      My OxyGoNext stopped working over 12 days ago and ROTECH Will not fix it/repair it because I PAID 3000.00 For the machine instead of RENTING THE MACHINE! Tried calling and They will cal me back whenever the Manufacture Warranty runs out in another month so I can Buy a New MACHINE! BAD BUSINESS! I have left several messages and they just waste my time and energy. The Patient is the one who suffers the most. Out of Oxygen and out of Money. Please buy your O2 MACHINE from some other BBB Credited Company.

      Worst customer service I've encountered. I cancelled my supply deliveries on June 2nd. They shipped me supplies on June 6th and billed me for $170. I figured it was one last shipment from my previous payment, now I'm being told I have to keep the supplies (unopened) and pay them for them. Their phone reps are impolite and quick to tell you that you're wrong. worst company I've ever worked with for any kind of product or service.

      This company billed insurance for a new replacement of a oxygen machine that was not requested or delivered to our home. Supervisor said because of a pandemic the guidelines said they could bill for replacements without receiving any services or supplies. I have reported this to our insurance company as well. . They have been shady with different excuses constantly. . Rotech is a joke.
