      This company seems to be a front. They do not answer their office phone. If you finally get someone it is a telemarketer that finds a reason to be of no help. No one answers the corporate line or returns a call{3 attempts}. I have tried to contact someone in billing for 3 months. Billing is not complete. They skip months then tell me I owe money. My wife uses the O2 machine to keep her levels up.

      I wish I could leave a negative star rating. I got a CPAP machine etc in May 2022. I have Medicare and a supplement. My pulmonologist submitted everything to Rotech and supposedly all was well until Medicare denied. Rotech ADMITS IS IS THEIR MISTAKE!!! They submitted the claim with a wrong modifier, told me it was resubmitted and everything was fine, I didn't need to return the machine and I would not be billed. I've called and checked at least 5 times in the last 3 months because I have not gotten an EOB from Medicare approving it and they keep saying it's fine. Well, I just got hit with a bill and there are apparently 3 more months of bills coming. Although they admit it is their mistake, they say I'm liable and are saying I have to pay! I don't think so.

      I am having an issue with my Philips CPAP machine & supplies. About 6 months ago my new CPAP nasal & Bonnet were replaced with a new setup. In about 3 months the one side attachment to nasal unit pulled apart, it was replaced by another unit of the same setup. Now 3 months later the new unit has pulled apart and does not hold the unit in-place. I took it back to BP Gama office here in Frederick for replacement. When I arrived the sign on the door stated I had to have an appointment to enter the office with a mask. I went in anyway for guidance. I waited while the front desk was on the phone. When she hung up from the caller, I ask about getting a new bonnet unit. She informed me that they did not handle supplies & that it looked like I should qualify for a complete set of supplies. I again stated that the current bonnet setup was not working properly. She again just rolled her eyes as I can't believe that this old guy does not listen & again told me that I had to order them myself. When I got home and searched for CPAP Suppliers & found the vendor Rotech thru the BBB & their rating was extremely POOR. Nothing positive. I WILL NOT USE ROTECH.

      They keep charging us for something insurance company say we should not have to pay. Going on 6 months and still changing us. Even had United healthcare care while we were on line with them. They hung up twice on the lady. Most help is put out USA. Can't think out of the box. Don't know what they should know a been told6 times by 6 different people that they will give it to the higher up. Insurance company should not do business with company that are ripping people off and they really don't care!

      This company LIES, picked up breathing machine and oxygen bottles in October of 2021 charged ins. co. Nov. and Dec. spoke to them they said it would be taken care of back in Jan. of this year, now today i get a bill for Jan 18 2022 spoke to them again today said they look into it . Spoke to Ins. co. they told me they charged them for Jan. and Feb. this year. but they was reimbursed by Rotech . Funny thing is talked to sup. today who looked into it about this new bill forJan. 2022 he said he sees where it was reopened but he dont know why or by who. Very disturbing turn of events going on here with Rotech Healthcare in my OPENION. SAD theres no ZERO rating here

      The local staff that sets you up with CPAP is honestly pretty good overall. It's all downhill from there. Rotech and "sleep central"... zero stars. Duplicate billing, sending you random stuff you didn't ask for and charging you for it, and just plain questionable billing practices overall. Company also "auto enrolls' you in services that you did not want or approve. Phone and chat reps for Rotech are awful and, more importantly, literally combative with you. Good luck with trying to figure out what you actually owe the company or get any basic questions answered for that matter. I would avoid this company at all costs. The customer service is so bad I literally retuned my device and went through another provider. I was so disappointed in their services I was willing to pay extra just to get away from them.

      I've been a "customer" for about 2 years. Rotech has the MOST incompetent, arrogant, disrespectful, and basically useless Billing Department that I have EVER encountered in my 77 years. I have experienced several problems with their Billing Department in the past. I've been told by their front office on several occasions that I should call only early in the morning, otherwise it's a 45 minute wait on hold. When I called there last and asked to speak to a supervisor I was asked for my phone number and then told that "someone" would call me back in 3 hours. So now I'm expected to keep my one and only phone line open while I wait for them to bless me with their attention. Time for me to start spending my money elsewhere.

      This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. Absolutely no customer service, I've been straight up lied to, double billed, it's horrible. I have been trying to correct an issue since January when we switched our insurance, if I could do zero stars I would. We now need our data obtained from the machine to switch suppliers and have left 5 messages and sent and email days ago with no response. Finally got ahold of someone who said we'd need to bring the machine in (because the chip that is supposed to be in there for new provider to read isn't) and they'd install the chip and get the read. We drove all the way there and the lady said the program wasn't working and she'd be able to email us the results. NEVER RECEIVED. We cannot proceed with insurance without this. I could (and have through documentation) write a book on the calls, emails - even my insurance company has tried to deal with them and cannot get responses. I honestly feel that this cannot happen in America - that a company can literally not respond or assist you. Please find someone else to use.

      Rotect delivered the wrong equipment to us in January. We asked them to come and get it but they said they only had one employee and one other had Covid. We left for the south and got a call they had the correct equipment and would we come and get it. We were already 1 1/2 hours away on our trip south. When we returned I the first part of April we called and asked them to pick up the wrong equipment . She refused so my 4 yr old husband took equipment back to her. Now Rotech keeps billing us for equipment we never used. They collected money from Medicare, which they should not have and keeps billing us every month. We can't get them o stop.

      Worst company ever very rude and unprofessional staff I suggest no one goes to this company this happened in the pikeville company was not willing to help my mother
