      I did a quick check on August 11, 2024. I agreed to pay one dollar for a test of my credit card and 695 withCzech people to verify a realtor is real. I find out today theyve been charging me 2916 a month $262.44 total I called them and were very rude and they said no no it was there in the write up. I scanned the whole phase page and I did not seeanything and so theyve been charging me and ripping me off so now Im gonna go to my Amazon credit card and let them know and see I can get my money back because I did not approved for that at all. It said under the 695 and the dollar charge that thatsall youll be charged. They didnt say anything about oh, unless you go and cancel And thats in a different area on the page so they mislead you very very frustrating and they know theyre doing it because their attitude they give.

This charge is separate from the trial period. Upon reviewing your account, we observed your self-selected acceptance of our PDF offer. Since you did not cancel your account before the end of the trial, you were billed for our monthly subscription of $29.16 beginning on 8/16/2024. 

      After reviewing your account, it appears it has already been cancelled as of 5/23/2025 by our phone representative. We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had over the phone.       I did not intend to sign up for any subscription and now I have been charged $30. The main concern I have is that I cannot find a clear way to cancel the subscription.

      Advertised for a $1 background check and trial. However charged my card $29 immediately as well as 6.95 on top. Both of these charges are fraudulent. And they also said that the card was declined ! When it processed the charge ! ?? In attempt to deceive and have consumer try a different card to get double charged. There is also no way to cancel. They don't have this future ?? you will have the headache of filing reports and having to close credit account. This company owners will burn in h***

      i thought i was paying a one time fee of 1 dollar and now theres a charge on my account for $29.16 that i did not expect or approve. if i had known it was a subscription i would have cancelled. please cancel my subscription and i would like a refund this is unacceptable

      I visited the site once. I never approved a charge of $29.17 that was placed on my bank card. I've requested a cancellation and refund 3 different times with no satisfaction. My next step is disputing the transaction at my bank.

      On April 13 a company called ************************** attempted to charge my daughters gohenry debit card ***** and has been atempting to every 2 days. I called this morning as my daughter did not interact with their web site to see what was going on. They attempted to close an account but cant locate it I am concerned that while they dont have a record of my child they got her debit info

      This company has been selling information not just about me, but they included phone numbers for 3 of my Family members. If this is not illegal to sell my data against my wishes surely it is to include addresses and phone numbers of 3 of my family members against my will. I have paid money to have a company try to have this info removed and am still waiting for them to do so. This business has a very long list of complaints and something should be done.       I purchased the $1 trial for a report then I get a message from my bank saying that it charged $29.16 which I did not want and therefore I want a refund this is ridiculous
