      I want them to remove my name ****************** and my wifes, ************************* from their site. They have an opt out process and it doesn't work. I have also tried to call with no success. They are violating my privacy.

      When I perform a name search on the internet UnMask shows my full name, current & previous addresses and age. I made multiple attempts to submit the opt of form. I completed all of the fields, providing all information requested. The online form does not allow me to proceed to have my record removed. I also sent an email that went unanswered. When performing a search using the company name, there were comments/complaints from other people stating they too have been unsuccessful in submitting the form to remove personal information. With identity theft and other threat so prevalent, I have gone to great lengths, put forth a lot of time and effort over the past several years to remove my information from each of the sites. This is the only one that I have ever had this experience with.
