I appreciate your earlier removing of the underlying information associated with my name, but my request pertains specifically to the removing/deleting of my name (the highlighted name in the attached file) from the respective webpage of your People Directory as well, so that it no longer appears on said webpage.

I have filed opt-out requests with this company several times, yet it persists in displaying my personal data on the internet, including an incorrect birth date which is my ex-husband's, not mine, and the reporting of this false information is negatively affecting my life, showing me being 10 years older. I have filled out this site opt out but they do not remove my personal information from their site. I have asked them multiple times to remove and not repost but they continue to do it.
