      Excellent experience! Everything was ready for us when we asked for it and when a minor problem with the wheelchair occurred, a replacement was available within minutes of my call. I would definitely use this company again. In addition to the wheelchair, we also rented a scooter and stroller. I just wish I had added the cup holders to the scooter and stroller, will next time for sure!

      The scooter was easy to use, and very convenient to have. The basket in front was very nice and roomy enough. Very comfortable and not a bad ride. Loved having it delivered to our Resort and was there when we arrived. I have bouts of planters fasciitis so after 8 days of walking in the Parks at ******* I needed a rest! So thanks Scooterbug. My only small problem was it was very slow even being fully charged. So four stars.

      Made reservation online, price comparable to other ECV rentals, quick response with real human being on phone, easy drop off and pickup at resort, and this is my third rental at Scooter Bug.

      This was the first time I rented a scooter. Scooterbug was recommended and I could not be more pleased. The *** was reasonably priced, easy to use, and reliable. I used it in ************ and it ran from early morning to late night on a single charge. I would definitely use their service again and recommend it to everyone.

      While at ************, I used A Scooterbug scooter that met all of my expectations. It was ready when I arrived at the resort, the ride everyday was comfortable and easily maneuvered. I dropped it off at the resort with no problems. I recommend the services of this company.

      This was the best service ever. The scooter was at our resort before I got there. I dropped it off the night I left, they picked it up the next day. I would highly recommend Scooterbug.****************

      I don't recommend! I rented from them, and my scooter wasn't at the resort when I went to pick it up. Terrible customer service. Was told I would get one in two days. As we know, when we have mobility issues, two days is too long to wait.
