  Great scooter rental. The battery life exceeded all advertised information. Helped my family have a wonderful vacation. Allowed for mobility at the parks during recovery from surgery. We could not have done it without Scooterbug.

  It was our first experience renting a wheelchair for our Disney vacation. The online reservation process was simple. The chair was delivered and picked up from our resort as promised. It was in good working order, easy to fold and store in our room or on the buses. I would definitely rent from ScooterBug again.

  Scooter was at Disney Resort waiting for me. It drove like a charm! What a pleasure to deal with such a reliable company! Booking was easy and customer service rep was professional and extremely friendly.

  Usamos Scooterbug en Orlando para los parque temáticos. Excelente servicio y atención. El scooter estuvo en tiempo en el hotel, inclusive cambiamos en dos ocasiones la fecha de entrega del scooter, el personal de costumer service en todo momento amable y cordial. La bateria duro todo el día, pero nos asegurabamos de apagar el scooter cuando no se estaba utilizando. Es una comodidad llegar al hotel y tener a disposición el scooter, al salir solo dejarlo en bell stand y listo. Recomiendo ampliamente Scooterbug.!!

  We use Scooterbug in Orlando for the theme parks. Excellent service and attention. The scooter was at the hotel on time, we even changed the delivery date of the scooter twice, the costumer service staff was always friendly and cordial. The battery lasted all day, but we made sure to turn off the scooter when it was not being used. It is a convenience to arrive at the hotel and have the scooter available, when you leave just leave it in the bell stand and that's it. I highly recommend Scooterbug.!!

  Quick rental process. They also offer discount for DVC, Annual Pass, and returning customers! The scooter was waiting for me upon arrival!

  I've rented twice from Scooterbug. Both times, my scooter has been on-site, on time, as promised. I've also had a few times that I've needed to speak to customer service. Their reps have always been courteous and helpful!

  After arriving at our hotel, confirmation for the rental in hand, the scooter is not here!
  Furthermore, scooterrbug has tried telling me on several occasions now that I changed my reservation for another date. After several phone calls and emails, they finally said that a scooter would be delivered in 1-2 hours. Four (4) full hours went by prior to receiving a scooter. Complete with drained batteries, a seat with a tear, and a broken arm.
  The manager kept telling me that she is trying to “investigate the issue before sending a scooter”. REALLY!?! Do that on your time not my rental time.
  We paid for early entry for no damn reason because I was not able to enter the park until after 4pm that day. The park closed at 7pm!!!
  All because their lack of customer service, inability to run a company, and poor treatment of customers.
  I would not trust them for any vacation plans! They SUCK!

  Used ScooterBug in Orlando for the Disney Theme Parks. Really loved how the scooter was there at Bell Services at our resort when we checked in. And when ready to check out a week later, we were able to leave it back at Bell Services for them to pick up. Wonderful service. No problems the whole week of use.

  Absolutely was a life saver for my grandma who didn’t want to use it! Out only issue is we were given 2 batteries and no charger, the front desk wouldnt give us one as they said it didn’t come with one, however the second battery lasted us 30 minutes in a day which wasn’t a pleasurable wxperience

  I did multiple searches and reviews to find the best Scooters for my husband and I to use at the Disney Resorts. The final reason I picked Scooterbug is because of the ease for drop off and pick up. Some of the other Scooter rentals were cheaper, but I didn't want to be confined to a certain time of pick up just in case our flight was delayed and also I didn't want to "have" to come back early from the parks to pick up. Our Scooters were at the front desk of the Art of Animation when we arrived and were charged and ready to go. The batteries lasted all day with no problem...however....I always made sure I turned the Scooter off when I was just sitting waiting for the rest of the family to come off a ride. When it was time to turn it in before our Cruise, we just dropped it at the front desk and that was it! I would highly recommend Scooterbug!
