      I’ve used in Orlando and Anaheim and found them to be very reliable. Scooters have great battery life if used as directed and well maintained.

      Having no previous scooter experience, the Scooterbug website helpful, giving us an understanding of the type of scooter needed and how to make arrangements for rental. Having questions regarding transport of the scooter, we called their office and found the staff to be knowledgeable, reassuring and very pleasant. We had no problems; the scooter was ready and waiting, performed well and was exactly what was needed. The staff suggestions were invaluable, adding ease to this trip and future trips. A little concerned about how to go about returning the scooter turned out to be the easiest of all, it was all prearranged. Our experience was flawless! We really feel this company earns its fine reputation.

      This was the best service you could ask for. We needed 2 scooters this time, and decided to give Scooterbug a try. I couldn’t ask for more!! A well maintained piece of equipment, ready and waiting for us when needed. The online ordering had a glitch, but the service rep I spoke to on the phone was delightful. We will use this scooter service from now on. Bravo!!

      I have rented Scooterbug ECVs at both WDW and Disneyland. They have always been dependable and the ease of pick up and delivery makes them the superior choice. My only complaint is that my latest rental felt a bit sluggish. I have never had this problem in the past, so maybe it was a glitch.

      Great that I didn’t have to be there to pickup or drop off the scooter. Wish the scooter had a bit more power to it however.

      So easy!!!! They dropped off and picked up the wheelchair from my hotel. The wheelchair was clean and comfortable, perfect for a few days at Disney. Highly recommend this company, they took a lot of stress off my plate.

      I just returned from my 3rd trip to Disney where I rented from Scooterbug and have always had great service. The scooter is always delivered on time and is awaiting my arrival at my resort. I did have a scooter issue on my second trip where the battery drained extremely quickly. I called scooterbug to explain my situation and they had a new scooter at my resort within 2 hours and that one was perfect!! Even under less than ideal circumstances they were able to take care of me and resolve my issues quickly. I will continue to use them for my scooter needs on future trips.

      Customer service was great. Dropoff & pickup at Disney resort was easy & a nice perk. The only thing I would say about the scooter I rented is... be careful, mine rolled forward & backward when on an incline/decline. May have been a fluke or the light-weight 3-wheel I chose.
