      We have rented Scooterbug ECVs for the last several years. They have always been where we asked them to be at the time we requested. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. Their rates are also the lowest we found. We will use Scooterbug every time we travel to Orlando.

      The Scooters were delivered on time and they more than held the charge. we were able to go to 2 Disney parks all day before we had to charge them.

      This was a lifesaver for my bad back and busted knee. Customer service was quick and thorough. The scooter worked like a charm. Only downside is other visitors at Disneyland would not look where they were going, and there was many times. I almost crashed into them, but the scooter was awesome.

      There needs to be a better place to include client information on reservation. Their name needs to be the first name the Disney Resort Cast Member sees. I’ve had several clients turned away because it shows up in booking agent name and they don’t see the clients name. If I’m booking for them, it should not show up as my reservation. This is VERY inconvenient for the client. They have to return to bell services again and that is unacceptable. They shouldn’t have to give them my name for their reservation.
      Also, it seems it takes a long time for commissions to be paid. There should be a place, not on client receipt, that shows the exact amount of commission. It never matches what I think it will be.
      I use and recommend SB to all my clients and other than the confusion at pickup and commission payments, I am satisfied with the service.
