      To be honest, we have had less than stellar service from this company on a couple of previous trips to WDW over the past few years. However, we decided to give them another try on this trip and were very pleased with the experience. The scooter was ready for me when I arrived, the keys were with it (on a previous trips, the valet staff did not have the key and I had to wait two hours for Scooterbug to bring one to the hotel), and it worked very well for the entire trip. Making a reservation was simple and quick. I had to change the reservation when we had to move our trip and that also worked smoothly. I will use Scooterbug for future trips.

      I sprained my ankle the day before arriving for our Disneyland trip. I was able to place a last minute request as there was no way I could make it around for miles around DisneyLand with my ankle. Scooter was delivered on time as requested. It worked well. Transaction was easy. It was a lifesaver. The price for the 6 day rental was fair. I highly recommend this company.

      The decision rent the scooters was the best decision I've made in my life. The process was super easy. We never saw an employee from scooter bug. The scooters were waiting for us on our arrival at the Bell desk. When we left the scooters were left at the Bell desk. Everything was taken care of for us. The scooters were in 100% working order.

      This was my first time renting a scooter due to having a broken foot for my trip to Disneyland. It was so easy for my to find the scooter at the hotel and how to turn it back in. I will defiantly rent from this company again in the future.

      I had doubts that I would really “need” a scooter during our recent Disney World vacation. My daughter suggested that it might be a good idea. It most certainly was. It was easy to operate and made our trip with our children and grandchildren a wonderful experience. From pickup to drop off, we/I recommend the scooter and ScooterBug.

      Using the Scooter in Disney was the best choice, enabling me to fully enjoy time with my family!!!
      I was able ro keep up with them so that they didn't miss out on anything they wanted to do! I was right there beside them!!! Use of the Scooter made it all possible! Thank you for helping make it a wonderful vacation! One that I'll always remember!!!

      This was my second time using Scooterbug. Both times it went off without a hitch. I needed a way to get around Disneyland and this did the trick. It was very easy to drive, just a forward lever and a reverse lever. All I had to do was reserve it for the days I needed it and it was delivered to me. I am a 66y/o woman with anxiety issues and it was easy.
