      I rented two ScooterBugs for three days at Disney in Florida. One was 3 wheels the other 4. The 4 wheel broke down the first day, so my husband had to walk. They delivered another 4 wheel, we started out the next day and it also broke down. So my husband ended up walking all three days. Never again. Not reliable, not maintained well.

      I have used them many times when I’m at Disneyland Resort Hotels. Great service in delivering n picking up to n from hotel. The scooter is fully charged up and in excellent conditions. I have recommended my friends to them

      My wife just had a hip replacement. So, but for the Scooter Bug, she would never have been able to do our Disneyland VIP tour. I decided to rent one for me, too. They were ready when we arrived, were just beautiful and were great fun to ride. Very solidly built vehicles. Our Scooter Bugs very much added to our wonderful Disneyland experience.

      Renting from Scooter Bug was easy and the price was reasonable. The scooter was delivered to our hotel and picked up when we were done. The battery lasted for the whole day. We charged it every night.

      I have used this company several times for my trips to Disney. They are always on time with deliveries and efficient. I like that you don’t have to be there when they drop off or pick up
      Wish they had a rear view mirror and a walker holder
