      So easy - delivered to hotel, ran perfectly, comfortable and loved the canopy

      I would give them a zero star review, but it would not allow me. So we booked a double stroller on August 15, 2024 for delivery to our WDW resort on November 9, 2024 at 2pm. We got to our resort and no stroller. We called Scooterbug and they could not find our reservation, BECAUSE, they cancelled our reservation after giving our stroller to someone else. They did not call us to tell us this, they sent an email at 12:01 am the day we were flying in to *******, so we did not get the email. No apology, they hung up on us twice and they had no solution. If that was my company, I would not have given away someones three month reserved reservation or Scooterbug should have gone to ******* or ****** and purchased a stroller. We ended up having to rent somewhere else and picking it up ourself. Such poor business practice and poor customer service. You should be ashamed! This poor review will be posted everywhere and all friends and family traveling to ****** will not get a recommendation for your company, but seeing your poor customer service, I doubt you care.

      Excellent service. Machine was clean and in good running order. Initial contact with the company once in the area was quick and easy. The scooter was exactly what was advertised and worked as promised.

      I used ScooterBug Mobility Rentals in ******* again this year for a scooter rental. As they've been in the past, they were outstanding. Scooter was waiting at my hotel before I arrived. I had a problem with the basket and notified them. ScooterBug said they would bring a replacement scooter to my hotel that day. AMAZINGLY, they had a replacement at my hotel in less that 30 minutes.

      The customer service was top notch. My original scooter was not holding a charge and I called and a new one was sent to my hotel within hours. Would absolutely recommend and use the service again.
