      Highly recommend Scooterbug. The scooter was waiting for us when we arrived at our ************ and performed flawlessly for all 4 days. Never even lost 1 notch of power after a 17 hour day at the *************! And when done, we dropped our scooter at the bell hop desk and was done! Great experience!

      Scooter Bug was a great company to rent my *** from they dropped it off at my resort and alls I had to do was return it! The scooter was small,and easy to maneuver it stayed charged all day and enough room in the basket for all our park needs Definitely recommend!

      Scooter Bug made our trip to ************ much better. Their Scooter was there at the resort as they promised. The battery never ran down. I sure thank them for being the kind of company that should be rated excellent by the BBB that I used to be on their Board.Merry Christmas

      I would give a zero rating if possible.Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! First offense was a dead battery on a freshly charged scooter. They advised my client to push the scooter back to their resort, in the blazing heat. They delivered another scooter 4 hours later but only after my client got on the phone and expressed his anger!Second offense: We booked an adaptive needs stroller in February 2024, for delivery on December 2, 2024 at 9am. After nine hours and four phone calls, it was finally delivered. My client missed a day at a theme park waiting in their room because their daughter can not walk at all. I will never book with them again!!!

      I had booked a scooter due to foot surgery with an extra battery. We almost didn't make it back to our resort before the battery ran out. In fact, my husband had to push me over the threshold to get back in the room. We tried using the backup battery, but when installed it would show fully charged, but attempting to move forward, it went down to 1 red bar and wouldn't move. As it was late at night, I emailed company. They sent a replacement scooter to the wrong resort. When informed of error, they dropped off 2 batteries at the bellhop. 1 battery was good and the other was bad! After speaking with the bellhop, they stated they have a lot of issues with Scooterbug. Because they are so popular, they consistently send out non serviced equipment to keep up with the demand. I would give a higher rating, but faulty equipment is not acceptable. We had to shorten our day. And the remaining day was always worried when the battery was just going to give up and die. Wish ****** would talk to cast members who work at bell hop to get their opinion.
