Dont jump into using and Morgan and Morgan. I had the worst experience and when I wrote to their customer service to try to get help they sent the attorney back to call me and thats the only time Ive ever heard from the attorney. I wouldve been much better off working with the insurance company over Morgan and Morgan do your research before you choose them. Best advise I can give based on my experience. Big is not always the best .Morgan & Morgan

Unresponsive and unprofessional ,their updates are about other cases they dont explain the process. And their case extension phones dont pick up to name but a few -/ their for the people claim is an an empty slogan.Morgan & Morgan

The legal representation insisted that I use their physicians when I expressed I have my own very good medical coverage. It is now my understanding that the cost for the ambulance and emergency room services were enough to be awarded the full allowable coverage of the other person's car insurance. And so, with my limited understanding, i signed what was provided and eventually received just 11% of the settlement proceeds, the rest went to M&M and the doctors who they sent me to. Two of their case managers made statements that it is common for most clients to still be in pain after they've received treatment. Now one year later, I am actually still in excruciating pain and have to start the ** scans, mri's, physical therapy, and any other treatments all again. And this time with my own medical insurance as I expressed originally. I did not understand all the legal jargon and am very disappointed because I feel taken advantage of.Morgan & Morgan

Morgan and Morgan is literally a waste of time to many games and gimmicks are played the professionalism is a complete illusion they purposely have sabotage several cases of mines that they overseen, makes me believe they are getting paid under the table to do a bad job on purpose THIS "LAW FIRM" IS NOT "FOR THE PEOPLE" nothing more than a scam and a huge waste of time.Morgan & Morgan

Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this Law Firm they never tell the truth every word out of their mouth is a lie lawyers never get back to you you wait forever paralegal terrible her name is ********* just a big mouth very rude very obnoxious I had a higher another Law Firm to investigate my deductions from my settlement from Morgan & Morgan they took far too much money my settlement was ******* I walked away with ****** after 3 and 1/2 years they charge me 40% because the word litigation and it never went to trial this case set dead for 2 years the attorney never sent any proposals nothing 2 years so Morgan & Morgan did not put a lot of money into this case anyway I hope to recover some of the money that they stoled and they still owe me $***** why they holding back ******************************************************************************** it's going to be way more than ***** and there aren't any because the new attorney already checked this is why that fat f*** **** Morgan can advertise so much the money he steals from the people they're not for the people they're for themselves do yourself a favor and deal with a small Law FirmMorgan & Morgan

Don't hire this firm if you are not prepared to hand them the case on a silver platter. If you need anything investigative forget it. The largest firm for what reason when there are no resources to help you resolve your case. The didn't even identify the two witnesses in my case, what a gratuitous lack of effort and resources. The commercial is a lie good luck talking to one of the brothers. Now they have the audacity to utilize their mother's name in the campaign. WOW!Morgan & Morgan

This is my 1st car accident lawsuit and the fact that is has been almost 6 years since I've been dealing with this firm and still haven't received a settlement speaks volumes! My Disability case was handled perfectly! I received constant communication, updates, calls, emails, the whole 9 yards. It took about 1 year to get it settled since it was during COVID. So I thought I would have the same kind of treatment for my car accident case.... NOT!! They are unresponsive, uncooperative, unpleasant, and they treat you like you are just another file on their desk. I implore you, if you get in any type of accident, stay far away from Morgan & Morgan!!Morgan & Morgan

The lady I signed the contract with was very pushy but said my type of case, which is an assault case, was the exact type of case they like to take. Then I get contacted by ***** who I believe is an assistant or paralegal to ****** ****** in Bowling Green, and she said they don't normally take assault cases and they would get back with me after the attorney reviewed my case. Then she contacts me this past Friday to say give her a call. I missed her call by a few minutes so I called her twice and left her a voicemail message and I even text her asking for an update as I didn't want to go through the weekend not knowing. Of course, she didn't call me back, and I had to call her back today, Monday March 10th, to ask what the status was only to be told no they don't believe there is anybody they can sue so they dropped me. This is extremely disappointing, and I will be writing a bad review online anywhere I can. How dare you get people's hopes up that they can get help only to be crushed soon after.
