      I filled out a form on their website and immediately somebody called which sounded like a teenager and she transferred me to somebody in *****. LOL the whole thing was a joke

      May 2024 I contacted this firm for representation. I was told that $300 of my award would be held just in case the medical fees were adjusted after care. The case settled November 2024 and I have yet to receive my $300 back or any proof the medical claims settled higher than expected. I was told 90 days after settlement I would receive if no adjustments were made. I have been calling and leaving messages and have yet to speak to anyone, well I did speak to one person that said I needed to file a customer experience complaint; which I did. I have not received any confirmation that this is being reviewed or worked. I get it's $300 but it seems like a racket for a company processing(hypothetically) 10 claims a day($3000) for those ten, at 30 days a month that's an extra $90000 they keep. Thinking people forget or forgo bc they received a larger check. I want my $300 and this should be investigated bc how many people stop trying to recoup after going through hundreds of calls and messages.

      Morgan and Morgan could not even try to help me they did not listen to anything I had to say about my case and than tell me they can help me at all with my social security case so this is very appalling and disgusting that I really need help and to refer me to another company when they are supposed to be the best as they claim

      The worst ever, believe me when I tell you all of their advertising on the TV is nothing but lies. Please run from them this is not a law firm this want to be company. Is a health hazard and disgrace to trying to help people who are already hurting and in pain. They have set me back a little over a year, with lies and excuses.       I contacted the *********************** office of Morgan and Morgan for two different reasons 1st was seeking help for a malpractice of medical care that resulted in a doctor blinding me in my right eye. 2nd was to seek representation as a disabled person being cheated by **************** When I asked why they wouldn't take my case, I was told they don't have to give a reason. This helped me see, that their fighting for the people is all a lie, For years I had a disability police that started with my employer, but after a few years my employer changed company's and ***** told me I could pay direct. In ********************************************************** file a claim on my policy and with medical. ***** DENIED MY CLAIM but ******** approved my after six months. Because I had paid direct to *****, my employer had no record of my disability and couldn't confirm to process my claim.I feel a firm that claims to be the largest in the nation, would refuse a disabled person some help, they should be ashamed to say they are for the people, and reading all the reviews tells me the only one making money are the firm and not the victims, or injured. I found out that Aflac is a SCAM, and fear for those needing help like myself that this firm my be the same.

      This firm is a fee mill. I signed up with them for an auto accident. There was little to no communication with them. Getting a hold of someone that had information on my case was like trying to get a hold of the president. When you did get a hold of them you received "working on it" with no details. This went on for 2 years. Towards the end, my attorney filed a lawsuit in the wrong Volusia County instead of *************** and then called me to tell me to settle or I would have to pay the defense team. When I settled, I he hit me for an extra percentage for filing the case. I said to him "1 - I didn't ask you to file and 2 - you didn't even file in the right county" which he responded, "it doesn't matter, once filed you own us more money and the fee stays". I recommend finding a local firm instead of this fee mill that only cares about money...your money. At the end, they settled my case for the minimum coverage which could have been done within the first month since the insurance was already offering that from the beginning. Instead I was shelfed and slow walked for 2 years so they could build up enough fees to take most of the settlement. I am working on another case, with ***** Sabaaly, local attorney, and what a difference it is. Great communication, honest and moving through the case without delays. Morgan & Morgan is a joke of a firm!

      They lead you to believe they are I had a phone call meeting time with a lawyer and no one called. Waited 1 hour and finally gave their main number a call. The receptionist looked into why they hadnt and the lawyer decided if wasnt there wasnt a case worth pursuing. Would have been nice to have been told that the first 2 phone calls I had with the lawyer decided firm. Their commercials are complete ******** but I guess that is what you get with an ambulance chasing law firm. Definitely, will know better next time I need a lawyer of this type.

      I had a clear-cut case stopped for the car in front of me and was rear-ended at full speed pushing my car while my foot was on the break 8 ft. Had to go to concussion therapy for months chiropractor doctor's appointments and they dropped my case saying I had limited tort, it shouldn't matter what I have, it's what the other person did was neglect I lost time from work meaning money and my car value went down. They dropped my case after 7 months with no indication they were doing it

      December 2021 I applied for Social Security Disability. The Lawyer
      did nothing. They kept switching lawyers and assistants. Social Security denied me. I would never recommend Morgan and Morgan as a lawyer. There is no reason my case should have been denied. Morgan and Morgan did nothing to win my case. I have multiple birth defects that are degenerative along with arthritis that were not properly addressed by the lawyer. They did not have my back. So three years later I have no income, no health insurance, no car, and medical bills I cant pay.

      We have already spoken on the phone about 2 days ago. There is nothing left to say. You had 3 years to properly represent me and failed. If the lawyer had done his job he would have won my case. I would never hire you again or recommend you to anyone. I am in a financial bind because of your inadequate representation.

      If you're looking for a personal Injury attorney. Do not hire Morgan& Morgan at first, they are very helpful, however with their medical contractors, when their finished you won't get a dime, you might end up have to pay medical bills out of your own pocket
