      I am extremely disappointed with this Law Firm. They made me feel like I didn’t matter. For the people is a total lie. The attorney did nothing for me and only reached out to me one time in 5 months and only to tell me that they were closing my case. I wish I didn’t take them five months to tell me this because I would’ve gotten myself a better attorney. They didn’t even allow me to speak. I will never recommend this Law Firm and if anyone ever asks about them I will honestly tell them not to hire them because they are a joke.

      An absolutely wonderful law firm with wonderful attorneys, they truly did treat me like family! They were caring and were honest through the entire lawsuit, they helped me seek justice and I couldn’t be more thrilled and thankful! Definitely lived up to their promise!

      Total joke. Their "case reviewer" was someone who barely spoke English, and try to explain the complexities of a legal matter to someone like that? Agreed with the reviewer below, it's "all about the money." They aren't the "people's lawyer" at all, but it does make for good marketing.
      While I was on the phone explaining an employment situation were false accusations were made against me, I could hear in the background several telephone operators all working at once, and snickers by those with foreign accents (Latinos) who were obviously employed to handle the calls. Makes one wonder about how "the law" is applied. Also in the background was one of their "Supervisors(?)", who was making his voice very loud, which was weird and almost as if I needed to speak over him... the voice recording of one of the Morgan's is pretty revealing, he sounds like excuse me, a cad and what is the term? "Shyster lawyer," not "the people's lawyer in any respect.
      They didn't take my case. More wasted time.

      No chance I would recommend this firm to someone, got a text and email to arrange a meeting for discovery with no location mentioned. I called several times to be stuck on hold and transferred to the voicemail of my apparent case manager on maternity leave

      I was in a auto accident on 1/22. I hired M&M as my attorney. I signed the authorization form. I was assigned a case manager. My doctor recommended Physical Therapy, I gave c/m the information. From that time she did not communicate with the Physical Therapist. I started P/T, while in P/T, I went to my appt (I was going to PT 2 times a week), I was told Lawyer had not contacted P/T office, therefore they had to cancel MY appointments until c/m contacted them. My auto Insurance company was frustrated with this person. Meanwhile, I FINALLY made contact with her, she spoke to my P/T and I was back in P/T. HOWEVER, I felt uncomfortable with this office, Noticed they were not really working on my needs. I would be left laying on the table, no treatment. I ended up leaving that place because of that. Found another Therapist. M&M did not even comminute with the P/T office. Meanwhile, I was hit again by someone coming out of a side street (7/22) and Injured. M&M had me sign another authorization. Still No Communication. After many calls, I Found out c/m had been fired. Assigned another C/M, Still No Communication. FINALLY, COMMUNICATION. I RECEIVED CERTIFIED MAIL, DATED 4/20/23 FROM M&M THEY WOULD NOT HANDLE THE CASE OF 7/22. NO MENTION OF THE 1/222 ACCIDENT. Now, I have many medical bills coming to me from everywhere. At his time M&M said they were still handling my 1/2022 Accident. Received a call from the new c/m. She was just as bad as the fired c/m. Next, I received a letter in the mail from the other insurance comp. (dated 1/6/23) advising, they received communication from M&M, they are not handling my case of 1/22. Contacted c/m at M&M and she said M&M was still handling my 1/22 case.(only spoke c/m 2 time, left message, no return calls). HOWEVER, I FOUND OUT BY THE OTHER INS. COMP. IN A LETTER DATED 6/1/23, M&M IS NOT HANDLING THE 1/22 CASE. M&M DID NOTHING ON THIS CASE! EVERYTIME I HEAR THEIR COMMERCIALS, I AM SICK! LIARS. M&M WASTED MY TIME.- 0 LAWYERS!

      Go else where! My mom sustained a injury due to a fall at a store because of spilled debris. She barely heard from them through out the whole process and hardly ever got updates regarding her case. They took 6+ years to finally take to trial just to not have investigated enough. The trial was a joke. Although there was a video of the fall and clearly it was the store fault the case was lost. She's in pain for the rest of her life and now in debt with medical bills. She had the chance to go to another law firm after a couple years and they convinced her to stay. I wish she would have went with her gut. They are not invested in their cases. If I could leave zero stars I would.
