1 starThey're not for all people all lies lies and lies. They're only about the money. I will never use them again. They handled my case like it wasn't nothing especially that I lost my African American husband in a fatal accident and I felt that they didn't even fight for him. You know what you said to me. Well let me remind you. When I was asking you about the driver on how fast was he driving because my late husband was a big man and the speed level is 45mph and you had the audacity to say that he could've died If the driver was doing 1mph. Your company is so heartless which I truly believe you're not for all people because when I discontinued services, you still got your 33 percent for doing absolutely nothing. This company is a rip off,I hired them to help me get my social security approved and they received $6000 for doing nothing.I never even spoke to the attorney and his representative that handle my case barely answered any of my emails which she told me to contact her that way because it’s more convenient and she told me she would update me every 4 weeks on my case which she never did and when she did answer my emails she would usually respond with you will have to wait for a letter from social security but when I called social security I got updates on what’s going on with my case and I’m the one that made sure the disability determination office had all my updated medical records which I had sent to the attorneys office everytime I went to the dr but the social security representative handling my case never got it.I hired this firm to take care of all this and they failed to do their job I’m the one that made sure everything was updated and it should of been their job and they let my reconsideration to drag out for over a year and never called to see what the hold up was because the reconsideration process isn’t supposed to take as long as a initial application.If this was a honest company they would of stayed on top of my case giving me updated periodically and since they did not they should offered a refund of a portion of the money they did not earn and I never had a judges hearing and then after the $6000 they sent me a bill for $9.07 for 4 phone calls made in one yearMorgan & Morgan

The communication has been terrible, I feel that my 2 case workers/ team were probably working over a 100 case alone, so yes you are just a number. Trying to get answers once they settle your case is next to nothing. I was told over 4 months ago when my case settled I would get my settlement check 30- 60 days , 4 months later no settlement check?? I just want my check, yet every time a call I’m hung up on our no one is available to answer my questions, how are you the largest law firm , but yet your customer service sucks!! I don’t know what to do, legally they owe me the money, but how to I get it from a powerful law firm ?? You are not for the people, but for yourself. I wish John Morgan would read this, I met you, I worked with you when I was at Levin and Papantonio, you lost your way biggest is not better, go small and take care of the case you take, you are now a disgrace to large law firms and I would never recommend your firm to anyone.Morgan & Morgan

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ???? I contacted them for my social security claim which I know for a FACT I ?? I have a case I literally have been given 5 5 years to live I have stage 4 COPD among a list of serious medical conditions it’s sad a firm this big can be so incompetent social security has a thing called blue book which shows what qualities you for disability I literally have over 15 conditions that fall under theses conditions to QUALIFY I sat on the phone for over TWO HOURS which mind you is extremely had for me due to my breathing issues and memory loss giving all my private information such as my social security number my address my phone number my families information all things someone could use to their advantage I feel like my privacy has been violated and my identity has been compromised severely I gave all my health conditions all to be told we can’t help you they’re a bunch of liars you sit on hold listening to Jonh Morgan talk about his disabled brother and how much he wants to help people which is a joke I will make sure I leave a review on every platform I can to warn people NOT to TRUST this firm THANKS MORGAN AND MORGAN FOR WASTING MY ** TIMEMorgan & Morgan

My grandson maternal grandmother Deidra Coston had a lawsuit pending with Morgan and Morgan, but unfortunately she passed away the first week of May of 2022. She was gone a few days then someone called her phone from Morgan and Morgan to let her know that her lawsuit had been settled. Which her daughter which is my grandson mother and and spoke with whomever had called and explained to them that her mother had pasted about a week prior to the call. She and her mom lived together she demised at her apartment. They then proceeded to let her know someone would be contacting her to let her know how she would be able to collect her mothers money that was due to her, as of to this date she has not heard from Morgan and Morgan and every time she calls to the Bradenton office up by the River Walk to try to speak with the paralegal or attorney the receptionist always comes back to the phone and tells her someone will call her back AND THEY NEVER DO! I advised her to seek other counsel to see what is her rights…

I kept getting my case transferred to different paralegals, communication is horrible. I always had to call and get updates about my settlement finally received my settlement. Had funds held up in trust and a whole yr and a half still waiting on my DC check and again getting sent from paralegal to paralegal and nobody seems tohave answers why my funds is held up in accounting. I do not recommend this firm so not professional.Morgan & Morgan
