Very disapointing erxperience after providinding information several times emails from alawyer . Another lawyer contacts you and tells you where you fell dosent look deep enough where your foot was caught and since I was up on the side walk already and ,sure you were hurt. What a run around. I guess they couldnt get enough money for themselves. Terrible experience.Morgan & Morgan

I don't see how Morgan and Morgan have such high reviews with all the complaints that are all also true in my case. They forced me to go to their doctors after I had been treated by 2 emergency rooms and regular doctor none of which referred me for further treatment but Morgan and Morgan did and they didn't pay one of my bills but paid their doctors almost a third of the whole settlement for nothing I needed or got. My whole case was online and the paralegal read the amounts paid to drs over the phone to me and I never saw anything until the final signing. The lawyer spoke to me once and told me to get the MRI done. They never answered a question or even responded to say they couldn't answer. They made tons of money off my case for not having to get up out of their desks. I felt like they were fighting against me not for me. Every time I see one of their ads on t.v. which is very often, I want to throw up. For me, everyone of their ads are lies and they did opposite the ads in my case. If I hadn't gotten 10 stitches in my head and totally traumatized from a wreck that wasn't my fault, I never would have chosen them to begin with. God help them literally legally stealing from everyone who has a wreck.Morgan & Morgan

My attorney is Mr. Brad ********* he will not return my calls, texts or emails. I have signed the paperwork and got them notarized and sent them back to him. He told me and it was in the paperwork that once the judge signed off on it that I would have my money in 14 days. Well the judge signed off on it on February 14th and I haven't got it yet. I did talk to Mr. Brad on February 22nd and he said that he has the check but he's waiting on the accounting department to cut it. Here it is March 6th I still don't have it. I also talked to the client experience team on March 2nd they told me that I should be getting a call from him in 48 hours well today March 6th and still haven't heard nothing from him. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THIS LAW FIRM. THEY CLAIM THEY DO MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE
/MALPRACTICE CIVIL RIGHTS AND DANGEROUS DRUGS, YET WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THE DON'T HAVE ANY LAWYERS THAT CAN TAKE THIS TYPE OF CASE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH 500 ATTORNIES!!! THEN I WAS PUT WITH A CASE WORKER TO GO OVER MY SON'S CASE AND THE GIRL CLAUDIA COULD'NT SPELL, CONTINUED TO INTERRUPT ME OVER AND OVER AND FORGOT WHAT I HAD TOLD HER IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WORK HERE? IF YOU AREN'T SCHOOLED IN LAW AS A PARALEGAL OR ATTORNEY AND THEY WON'T EVEN LET YOU TALK TO EITHER THEN IT'S IN MY SON'S BEST INTEREST TO HIRE A LAW FIRM THAT WILL GIVE HIM PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION AND COMPENSATION FOR HIS PERMANANT INJURIES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL LAW FIRM.

Call contact by Morgan and Morgan by email and text message about my Social Security disability claim Saying They were gonna represent me so I had to E Sign documents and then when I called them they told me that I said I was being represented by somebody else and it was a big run around waste of time Do you got 1000 different numbers The people that answer sound like scammers they transfer you to one lane to another line and I don’t know about your caseMorgan & Morgan

My sister in Memphis was struck by a car while walking in a Wal-Mart parking lot on April 10, 2022. She had a broken hip and a fractured pelvis, which required surgery. She only missed 6 months of work because she was very aggressive with her physical therapy.
A staff member of Morgan & Morgan actually witnessed the accident, so she engaged them. In the ensuing 10 months, she has NEVER spoken with an attorney - only a paralegal - and was never given an idea of what kind/size of a case M&M thought it was (other attorneys who reached out to her did).
After 10 months, the paralegal contacted my sister with a proposed settlement with my sister's uninsured motorist coverage (not the other driver or WalMart), for an amount that won't even cover her medical bills, much less her 6 months of lost wages and other expenses. My sister refused to accept it because SHE IS STILL GOING THROUGH PHYSICAL THERAPY AND MEDICAL EVALUATIONS, which the paralegal apparently didn't know.
My sister filed a complaint against M&M with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility three weeks ago. The attorney (whom she'd never interacted with before) reached out to schedule a meeting with my sister, but no-showed and called an hour later to reschedule, but didn't call as scheduled the second time and the attorney hasn't called since.
I wish she had gone with another firm. Now the deadline to file is only a few weeks away.Morgan & Morgan

Never ever use Morgan and Morgan they are the absolute worst lawyers I ever used. They will give you a paralegal that doesn't know anything. You will almost never hear from your lawyer. They will not keep you informed step by step. You will most likely never meet the lawyer and they will trick you into settling without providing you with the final medical bills. Please stay away from them the are soooooo bad.Morgan & Morgan

My daughter and I were in a car crash, to know fault of our own. On top of the hole thing my daughter was pregnant, with my grandson. Morgan and Morgan, took our case only to Notify me months later, that I did not have the right insurance and they will not pursue my case.
