      I have had the worse experience dealing with this law firm. If you have options please do not use this firm to represent you. After`waiting a year then reaching a settlement in mediation. Something that was suppose to take 45 days for a payout has now turned into 5 months. You will most likely never talk your actual attorney they will force you to deal with a paralegal allowing them to make mistake after mistake. First mistake was after we reached a settlement the paralegal sent some papers overs for the people I was suing to sign. She stated after signed it would take 45 days to get my check. 45 days passed and I heard nothing but decided to wait just to give them time but once 70 days passed I reached out to morgan and morgan to get an update. Apparently the people never signed the papers from 2 months ago yet the paralegal never followed up or reached out to them to see why. She reached out that day and they signed it immediately, but had I not reached out the papers still would not have been signed. Next step was waiting on the judge to sign she said because of her last error she would notify me immediately when the judge signed. 2 weeks passed I didnt hear anything back again. Reached out again only to find out the papers were still waiting to be signed by the judge paralegal again never followed up with the judge until I called. I noticed a pattern that if I didn't reach out nothing would get done. Even through the errors and hick ups made by my paralegal I finally supposedly got my payday yet still don't have my funds because somehow the check was lost. After the check being lost and reissued the second check is now missing. Absolute nightmare. I do feel because my lawsuit isn't a big settlement it's been handled carelessly. I do not recommend and would never use them again. It is now going through the client experience team to hopefully get some resolution but so far the same old run around. Still my money is missing.

      I called this firm spoke to their representative who said they could help me and sent me a link. I took the time to fill out a stupid, nonsense questionnaire, the questions I couldn't respond. I called them back they sent me to a person and after all the questions I couldn't be helped anyway. I believe their ads are false advertising and I wouldn't waste my time calling this firm.

      Never a call back or any info on our case. Should hv been a slam dunk,
      After 9 months of me calling n getting no answers. We were called by one of their attorneys or paralegals that they decided against the case. Said a letter was in the mail. Never recieved!!!! My husband spent 10 days in hospital for 10 days with a bleeding kidney from a fall by tripping over spotlights at an outside
      Restaurant.
      I have tried sending messages only to be rejected . Emails will not go through.

      Just the quick version I fell between trash compactor an loading dock , due to a gap. I go emergency room with supervisor fill out incident report. I hire morgan & morgan,,sergio Ardella workers comp attorney for the firm. He will not communicate with me he is inpatient with questions I ask ,an argumentative. Never met him he don't respond to emails of documentation so I don't know if he is getting them or not. I go to the downtown atlanta office an you have to call a number to go up so after being switch around on phone to several departments an put on hold I never seen anybody. So I am not happy at all an going to physical therapy. He withdraws from case after I asked him to just let me know you getting papers when he finally responds to email days later.So he withdraws but filled some initial workman comp papers. I feel he didn't see this through we just starting an I get a response that they don't feel they can win . Three witnesses an on ccv , an still pictures of gap. You should've told me that at beginning . I feel scammed give poor service an charge the public 1500 dollars that was a pro bono case . Morgan & Morgan took advantage of me an left me back at square one . Total incompetent an very disappointed with morgan & Morgan

      Try calling them and watch and see the (overseas operations) center send a text to an attorney who in turn within 30 seconds will say they are not interested in your case! They are the world’s biggest law firm, is this because they hire any attorney who applies?
