      The company seemed great at first when I initially filed my case but once I submitted all the information the communication stopped. It has been 7 months and I have never spoken to an attorney. I left several emails and phone messages for the paralegal and attorney. I will be retaining a new attorney and DO NOT recommend anyone using this company!

      They are more interested in collecting data than representing clients. They spent most of a half hour on the phone asking questions that were not related to the case only to say they wouldn't take my case, no reason given. They had a simple workplace injury case and several months ago a simple medical malpractice misdiagnosis case, didn't accept either one. Don't waste your time with them!

      The worst. I'm sorry I paid them to do some work. The person that answers the phone needs an attitude adjustment. Waiting since June to hear about my case, they claim it was filed. But court claims it was not filed. Will not recommend them.

      Message sent to: Good Afternoon  Mr. Morgan, Four months ago I retained Attorney Albert *******,  for a injury case and Attorney  Sarah ****** for a product liability case..The incident transpired on (6/27/2022), Four months later, (after keeping all the doctors appointments), I am told that neither no longer represent me and what was the reason..Can you please explain what is going on and why all of a sudden, I have no representation and stuck with medical bills from appointments, the lawyers so addamately, asked me to keep. No one else is willing to explain and goes as far as to say," by law they don't have to give me a reason why they closed both of those cases."The supervisor of the (CS) complaint team even went as fast as to say, that whoever I find to represent me, can absorb the hospital bills, which accumulated from the injuries of the  vehicle 6/27/2022 single car accident.

      The specific reason you closed the case was because your case worker, (Elizabeth ******) went on vacation as she stated, (for a month), returned and expected the cases to have handled itself. She was rude and unprofessional and kept assuming she was handling another case on 4/10/2022, inwhich she had nothing to do with. whereby mixing the cases from 6/27/2022, she had been entrusted to resolve, she instead botched the case after months of doing nothing at all in it's resolution. How can you say you represent someone, have them sign representation documents and then after (4) months, you can inappropriately drop them, even after you stress, that all doctors appointments must be kept, (which they were), leaving me to have to foot the bill, thus leaving me worser off than I was before I placed my trust in your firm..Your (cx team), is as rude as Elizabeth ****** and only has excuses to offer, no real tangible reasons nor answers..There was no legitimate reason then why you closed the case, just as

      they supplied no legitimate reason, in their response. I guess size do matter and rather than caring about all the, (I am just a nobody client), I was treated by your firm as if, I wasn't anybody at all, my injuries didn't matter and that I had all the time in the world in my favor, for your firm to practically use up all the time that is allowed to a client to acquire a attorney, then you decided to cut ties..I had your firm accept my (6/27/2022) case, (they did). They called me, (Sarah ******) and asked me if they could open a second (Product liability case). I was honored and felt as though I would be o.k. now but then all of a sudden, they close both cases and state by law, they oweme no explanation why.."John Morgan would you allow a firm to treat your brother (Tim), in such a manner?"

      My case manager never called back or explained what I was signing. The documents just showed up in my email. I called customer service they connected me with the lawyer but then the lawyer charged me for the phone call when all I wanted was to talk to the case manager. Last, costs deducted on top of the 40% Attorney fee. What's the attorney fee for if not used for the case. Almost 1/4 of what was left went to costs. I don't think they are for the people more for their pockets

      For the people? My assigned attorney has horrible communication. Said that they saw I called but never called me back till 2 weeks laters just sent his paralegal. No update as and when I finally speak to the attorney he was speaking to me in the most condescending way. Like I was an inconvenience to him even though I am the client. Worst experience ever

      I m waiting on a settlement now through Morgan and Morgan and I won't recommend them to anyone they don't communicate professionally they don't give updates,It's hard to reach my supposedly lawyer no feedback, what's so ever,I had to get information from the person in this vehicle accident with me lawyer cause they didn't even use the same,then they quoted one amount turns out it's lower than that so I feel like some scamming going on at this point I m about to get the news team involved cause this is ridiculous been waiting over a year and I don't trust them anymore

      After reading these reviews me and my grandma are very concerned. She had a bad wreck back in October where a man had pulled out in front of her that ended with all airbags deployed and car totaled. She has multiple fractures and her whole body bruised. She's was hospitalized and has been to dr after dr since for her injuries and pain that she has been in. At first we were happy going with you guys but now y'all don't email back or call back and that seemed to have started once we let y'all know her treatment and all was coming to a end. Bills are backing up and can't afford to replace the car that was totaled on top of days I've missed of work taking her to doctors. Y'all might have time to wait around to see if y'all can get more money but we the people that's suffering don't. Communication is key. Do better and we pray y'all don't make us regret choosing y'all.

      I feel I made a HUGE mistake hiring Morgan and Morgan for my case. Their commercials make you feel warm and fuzzy about fighting for the little guy but it's not true; unless your case is worth millions. Had an accident back in Dec of 2021, was rear-ended sitting still at a red-light and my car was totalled. Long story short I went with M & M to fight for me and in the beginning, they were all in to get me compensated; asking $20,000. After not hearing from them for several months and 3 case managers later, I get a call they are working on it. About 5 weeks before my case is at the statute of limitations I get a crap offer of $7000 and my attorney advised it's the best I'll get. Did you even fight for me bro? From $20K to $7K? $1500 after bills and fees. You are terrible at negotiating! Another kick in the face is M&M will get $2800 of the settlement off the top almost double what I am left with, how is that? That is CRAZY to me. So frustrated and disappointed I could scream. Don't even want to sign the final docs. I should of went with Cory B *****.
