My case has been going on for almost a year a case that probably should've have been done months ago. I was done with my treatments since April my caseworker FINALLY put a offer in back in late August 🤔 the insurance company sent the check out September 2 when I asked about signing release papers I was told she was trying to get my bills reduced (what were you doing for the last 6/7 months🤨) it has now been in you guys possession for 2 months and still NOTHING. You guys don't answer calls or emails in a timely fashion. Y'all secretaries secretaries have secretaries so you NEVER talk to an attorney.. they leave you waiting in the wind. You guys make me feel like y'all are doing me a favor and I'm not being charged. Communication go along way and this company has NONE. I shouldn't have to reach out once a month to see what's going on especially with it being sooo many secretaries. I've asked for the papers that I supposed to have signed that would tell me you guys fees because for whatever reason they are NOWHERE in my emails so I wanted to go over it because NO ONE ever did but I still haven't received that either. This process has been frustrating and a complete nightmareMorgan & Morgan

Morgan&Morgan says the are for the people that the biggest lie ever they are anything but ! Use this law firm at your own risk ⚠� they are the worst ! My case has been settled since October 20th the proposal for settlement was sent to them since sept 2 nd which they just sat on and waited for litigation to begin and then said they had to take 40% instead of 33.3% now I am still waiting for my pay out and it seems no one in the company knows how the process works I was told a check was cut and sent via ***** two days ago but up to today it hasn't been delivered I asked if they are tracking the check and of course they don't know the tracking number like this should be a common business practice to have tracking numbers . This is really sad that a company whose motto is for the people by the people is nothing but a shady joke of company.the lack of communication, no transparency, lack of empathy , incompetence are just a few adjectives to describe, I feel victimize by them. Morgan and Morgan is handling my slip and fall case that occurred in March 2021. Communication between my paralegal and me has been difficult and I usually reach out to him to get a status every month or so. I emailed him on October 13, requesting a status and have yet to receive a response. I have called and emailed "Client Experience" on 6 separate occasions since October 13, and have yet to get a response. How difficult is it to keep your clients informed? Isn't that part of their job? I am very frustrated and cannot rate them any higher than 1.Morgan & Morgan

1 starI was involved in a rear end accident in February 2021 and was accepted by Morgan and Morgan to represent me on my case. They Morgan and Morgan referred me for physical therapy, chiropractic treatment and MRI's. I completed all treatment in July 2021 even though I still suffer pain from the accident I sought no further treatment. Morgan and Morgan received a $50,000 check from progressive to settle this claim over 6 months ago with me signing off on all paperwork presented to me. It has been almost 1 year 9 months since the accident and over 6 months of them receiving the check. It has been nothing buy pain and misery trying to communicate with my case worker and its always the same story whenever I do finally get a returned call. I finally spoke to my lawyer for the 1st over 5 months ago and he was supposed to call me back the same evening ( his words) and as of yet I haven't recieved thay call. Since the treatment from the accident I have had 3 radiologist bills for $149 each get turned over to the credit bureau and had my credit score dropped over 74 points. I notified Morgan and Morgan pertaining to this and they asked me to go ahead and pay it. I informed them that the collection agency stated that if Morgan and Morgan contacted them then they could negotiate the bills with them and as of now this has not happened. I continously attempt to speak with my case manager or my so called attorney to get a update on my case and when finally speaking to someone after numerous attempts, it's the same story of they are trying to negotiate the medical bills and medical companies are slow to respond due to the coronovirus . That excuse is not acceptable because there are laws and time periods according to receiving and submitting documentation. I am not a brain scientist and neither a dummy but I could have negotiated a nuclear arms treaty with Russia, Iran, North Korea and China in the amount of time it has taken Morgan and Morgan to negotiate with 3-5 med facilities.Review fromChristian B

My girlfriend slipped and fell inside a gas station was severely injured.And REAL injured,not *I'm out for money injurered*like most clients.After taking on her case.After dozens of visits to doctors,all of whom confirm she has a concussion and the x-rays showing how bad her injuries are.I haven't had a decent night's sleep since because the pain.Out of the blue this morning,she recieved an emotionless phonecall just stating they are dropping her as a client and would give no answer why.....I come online and fine hundreds of other stories and complaints,followed by the most diplomatic responses from the firm that sound apologetic yet meaningless....for the people my ***.Morgan & Morgan

Back in late August, 2022, I called M&M about *********** lawsuits. I talked to an advisor over the phone. They took my contact information and information about the time I served there as a Marine and some health issues that I have. She reviewed and politely told me they could not take my case. So I contacted ************* and they took my case.
Then a couple weeks later I started getting frequent calls from M&M about my *********** "case." I explained I did not have a case with them, so they stated "No more calls." But calls continued. I finally answered and talked to Christina, then asked to speak to a supervisor and was given to Melanie O. I explained the frequent calls were bordering on harassments, so Melanie said their records would indicate to not call me on this.
But calls still continued. On 9/26/22 at 12:17 PM I answered another call about my "case", this time I asked for a manager. I was told a manager would call me back. At 4:30 PM Charlie called back, apologized and said they would remove *********** from my file, no further contact.
Since then I have received emails from Rebecca Gaskin of M&M with documents to sign for my "case" every TWO DAYS starting 9/27 and up to today 10/23/22. The phone calls have stopped but not emails. Does any employee of M&M able to share information with each other? Please STOP the communications about *********** lawsuit or they will be considered harassments.Morgan & Morgan
