      They advertise online that they help people that are denied with their service dogs entry I have everything they need the police report the doctors report the report from the justice department and they refuse to help me because that's not big enough for them so I would call that false advertisement to get their name out there

      Mr. ***** was very courteous and listened to my description of the events and details regarding the potential case but in the end to my surprise I was abruptly told that M&M could not take the case. I was not given a legitimate reason why, just that they were not accepting this type of case at this time. So much for "Fighting For The People"

      Mark **** and Emily ****** went above and beyond for me and my family. I can't say enough good things about them. I had tragic accident that left my world flipped upside and unable to work ever again and they were right there to help me through the process and defend me.       I contacted Morgan and Morgan regarding my case in April 2022. It was regarding a fall at the end of March 2022. They followed my case, regularly asking for updates and maintaining contact. At the conclusion of my case, they informed me that they had decided not to pursue my case. I feel like I was led on and then dumped. I am truly disappointed that the firm waited until the end of my recovery to advise me. Terri M

      Thank you for your response Mike. However you missed my point. It's not that my expectation is for you to represent all cases. However, your company pursued me after my initial contact. Then, when I notified my representative that my case was concluding, he called me to say that Morgan and Morgan would not be representing me. I found it to be quite off-putting that I was not notified in a more timely manner. Again, thank you for the response.

      They won't represent someone with just a loss of $50,000, even if that's all one had. It's not "for the people"; it's "for some people". You'd better be a big ticket item. They weed you out, they don't give a reason, they don't even call to let you know. But they're repeatedly "so sorry you had to go through all that." Follow the money. Be prepared.
