This is a really shady company. I was attacked by a pitbull and I contacted them and they said they would help me. They sent out three with request for homeowners insurance and since they didn't get a response, they delayed in contacting me at all I had to call them approximately 10 times to get them to write a letter saying that they did not want to do business with me. This was in March 2022 it's October 2022 and my insurance company said that by me calling them that I had a second insurance and it screwed up my life ever since. If they don't think they have a chance of winning and then they just got up not bother to send you anything. Also, check the employee compliance board that's a bad company!Morgan & Morgan

I filed a complaint with M&M against an employer for discrimination around the middle of August, 2022. I waited about 2 weeks and called for an update since I had not heard anything. I was told it was "under review". I called about 4 more times from August until the middle of September and each time I was told it was still "under review".. In the meantime, I was still waiting for a response from them on the status of my case. I didn't even know if they were going to take the case. On September 22, I called and was told my case had been "referred out" but of course she couldn't tell me to whom but to wait for a phone call from them. On October 2, I called and was told since no one contacted me I should look for a lawyer on my own because I "no longer had a case with M&M". I was shocked. All the time I wasted waiting for help from the firm that claims they are "for the people" is nothing more than a ploy to attract clients. I find them to be highly unethical and and even more unprofessional. They have cost me even more pain and hurt than those I was filing against because I trusted their commercials. I would never recommend this law firm even if they do claim to be the "largest in the country". Buyer beware,Morgan & Morgan

Judith, your response was a waste f time. You purposely deflected from the context of my complaint. The point I was making was, not that your firm wouldn't take my case, it was that no one from the "largest firm in the USA" bothered to tell me and just left me waiting! A little common courtesy goes a long way. After my many calls for updates and being told it was "under review" and then "under review by several attorneys" I now realize for M&M that is code for "we farmed your case out". Fine. Still someone from your office could have told me instead of having me wait and lose precious time. Your damage is done but rest assured, I will never M&M, in fact, I will tell people why NOT to call you..Ms. GAO

Judith, doxxing my name really is inappropriate. Your response was a waste of time writing it for you and an even bigger waste of my time reading it. All you did was deflect and advertise. You did not address my concerns.
The point I was making was, your firm gave me a literal runaround. I called and each time I was told it was "under review" and once was told it was being "reviewed by several attorneys". That gave me hope. It did not let me know that you had farmed my case out to other law firms. If M&M did not want to take my case, at the very least, a courtesy call letting me know, would have been appropriate. To just leave me hanging, waiting to hear back from you, is extremely unprofessional.
You are not FORTHEPEOPLE! Your commercials are nothing more than a ploy to attract new clients. Is that why you ended your statement with your phone number and email address? Since I won't be contacting you again, it must be for the general public. Your firm is so unethical you should sue yourselves!Review fromDanno

5 starsI received outstanding support from M & M regarding my auto accident. They provided case updates as required. This was my first time dealing with an accident that required legal action and was very concerned how it would be resolved. The case initially began with the first team (attorney and case manager) then after several months of negotiations moved to second team in litigation. It settled after 17 months, but it was worth it. 2 starsI filed a lawsuit for a non fault automobile accident where I was hit. I have complained about my lawyer at least 5 times. I had requested someone else handle my and my disabled daughters case. She has told me lie after lie. Jessica... told me different amounts concerning our lawsuit. She has not communicated well with me and says she is trying to get information from my insurance company for months now, and assured me that when that happens then the other side will make an offer. I have never seen a legal company that when you file a complaint 5 or more time they lie and say that they are going to get someone else to handle your case. But it never happens. 1 starOur home insurance declined to cover damage from a tree that fell on our house. We finally decided to seek legal representation from Morgan and Morgan. They asked me to provide a written timeline of events which I did. Then I received a letter from one of their attorneys in Jacksonville on Oct 7, 2021. He introduced himself, and his paralegal, and gave a list of information and documents they would need to review our case. I provided my email, phone numbers, mailing address, pictures, past emails between our insurance company and us, a detailed damage report provided by a structural engineer we hired, the estimate of repairs from our contractor and everything else they requested. The paralegal told me they had everything they needed when I followed up with her days later. The letter said that these cases can take up to 6 months, so we waited. Now that it is getting to be about a year with no word, I figured I should follow up and see how the case was going. The paralegal for this attorney had changed, and there was no notification of that provided. The new paralegal told me that she had just been looking at our case and she was going to follow up on it. Then she said, "I'll talk to him and see if there is anything he can do to help you". Wait, WHAT??? You mean he has not taken our case to trial or anything yet??? Then on Sept 12, 2022 I received a letter from our assigned attorney stating that he had requested documents on several occasions and received no response, so he is declining our case. We have not heard EVEN ONE peep from this attorney from the day he set us the letter on Oct 7, 2021 to Sept 12, 2022! They had my phone numbers, my email, and my mailing address! I asked him to provide the date and method of communication he used, but no response. This inexcusable procrastination has cost us any realistic opportunity to get the settlement we deserve. Morgan & Morgan helped me with a car accident I was involved in back in 2019. Due to Covid, it did take over a year for my case to be completed but they did win my case and I am happy with my settlement. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because my first case manager did not communicate with me. I later learned she was no longer with the company and the new case manager I was assigned was much better with communication.Morgan & Morgan

the worst experience ever. I called and signed documents with Morgan and Morgan just 3 days after my accident , a slip and fall. Nothing happened until 5 days later. At that time I received a generic email saying they were working on my case. I completed their intake questionnaire and waited. Two weeks later still Not a PEEP from anyone at Morgan and Morgan. So I started to call relentlessly. Finally a lady said my attorney is dealing with a family medical emergency . I asked for a new attorney and was denied. I asked for direction as to who they recommend for a physician. |She said a physician would be calling me and they are "working" on my case. However none of my witnesses have been called at this time and it is now going on 3 weeks from my initial signing and have yet to hear from an attorney to provide me with direction. She asked me again for details about the accident saying she has no access to the intake form I completed. I gave her the details again and sent pictures of all my injuries. I again waited. Finally 3 weeks after I originally contacted them, MY ATTORNEY finally called and said , well basically since you did not see a doctor and in the state it happened, you will not get an award unless they are 100% liable, we are closing your case. What?????? I was treated like cattle to the slaughter. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! EXTREMELY poor service!!!Morgan & Morgan

I was told the reason Morgan and Morgan discontinued representation and I am happy to publicly discuss it. The attorney never contacted me until 3 weeks after I signed with Morgan and Morgan. I signed the Morgan and Morgan documents 3 days after my accident. My knee was in pain and I had several large black and blue marks on my knee and hip. I was not able to speak to my attorney until 3 WEEKS after signing with Morgan and Morgan and only after I made 6 or 7 relentless calls AND COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES. . Like I said , one week after signing , I received an automated email saying Morgan and Morgan was "investigating" yet none of my witnesses were ever called nor the establishment where the accident happened. NOTHING happened for 3 weeks once I signed up. Looks like Morgan and Morgan may have dropped the ball in my case as the attorney handling my case had a family emergency. I asked for another attorney and was DENIED. I was told Morgan and Morgan could not take my case because I did not see a doctor ( I was waiting for direction on what to do form MY ATTORNEY) and because in Nashville in order to be awarded a claim, the establishment must be 100% at fault. That is what I was told to my understanding . I was waiting for direction on what to do from MY ATTORNEY.
MY ATTORNEY NEVER called me until 3 weeks later and only after I made many many calls and complained. NO one called me or anything 3 weeks after I signed the paperwork. I started calling relentlessly and finally talked to a lady who is not an attorney. She said she was referring me a physician. Well that never happened. Finally after further calling from me and complaining, my attorney finally called me to speak with me for the first time 3 weeks after I signed with Morgan and Morgan. It appears morgan and morgan dropped the ball. I feel I was treated as cattle and just another number. I did not receive any personal care what so ever.
