Morgan and Morgan pursued my case in March of 2023. They let me case drag on for 8 months. Called me while I was at a dealership getting a new car and told me they were no longer able to represent me or my case. Ive endured thousands of thousands of dollars in medical bills during that 8 month span. When I was called I was told to reach out to a different firm. That firm, on site, told me they would not be able to represent me. Morgan and Morgan decided to take on a case that they knew they could not handle and left me, a low class citizen, with a terrible amount of medical debt. They are a bad look for lawyers. They do not look properly into cases and situations and their communication is horrible. I am forced now to pay over $35,000 of medical bills now because they did not do their proper research. Not to mention , a doctor that they referred me to gave me a shot, hit a nerve and permanently damaged my back. I will be sure to leave this review on every platform possible. Please stay away from this law firm. Morgan and Morgan are not for the people. If they were , they would recognize their mistake and help the person who they did s**** up in this situation. I hope this negative review can help a lot of families and persons with their lawyer choosing in the future. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan, they are not for the people.Morgan & Morgan

I had an unfortunate premises accident a couple of years ago and hired Morgan and Morgan. The process was handled with satisfactory communication, despite having a bit of a turnaround of case managers/personnel (believe 4 or 5 total: ******** ******* ****** ****, *******) and two attorneys (******** ***** and ultimately, my HERO: **** ******* (highly recommend lol). They told me what was needed, did not exaggerate on the outcomes and was honest on the time frame for estimated completion. They asked me what I lost/expected for a settlement and will be doubling my meager request (signed in my closing statement= Outstanding job by **** ******* and his team). I believe Covid put a halt on many cases backlogged, all over the country, but they were upfront and dedicated to completion. I had around 6 months of physical therapy, period for medical records and litigation/dates, interrogatory questions and deposition, and the case was settled to my satisfaction! Now I await the first part of my settlement check and if delivered within the said time frame, will return to update that last star lol. A second part should be available in 90 days if no other bills arise (shouldn't be after 3 years by then lol). I understand the check must get deposited in a trust, clear, pay providers/attorneys and then myself but hopefully within an reasonable 4 week total timeframe (with respect to fall/winter holidays)...and the insurer sent me a letter finally. Most banks take awhile to clear/verify substantial checks, so the sooner the better guys lol. I have to make up for lost time from injuries/finances for my son and his friends, continuing our "Teens with Autism Outtings" (unofficial title), where we attend fun events that are specific to their matriculation, comfort and milestones. I wouldn't be able to continue this (healed, that is) without you guys. Thank you!Morgan & Morgan

I am disappointed with Morgan and Morgan ( for the people b.s.) took my daughter's case when she was hit by a commercial vehicle. They were in contact with her to start, then told her that they dropped her case because she didn't contact them. My daughter sent several emails, texts and calls. They're not " for the people" they're for themselves.Morgan & Morgan

My Morgan And Morgan attorney did not fight for me! They say you will get your attorneys cell phone number and thats true, however, it takes multiple times to leave messages and phone calls to hear back from them. My attorney got twice as much as I did in my settlement. I was left with permanent disabilities and only got $29,000. Very unhappy.Morgan & Morgan

I sincerely regret hiring Morgan & Morgan. I hired them a few days after suffering a life-changing injury at a large hotel chain. The first couple of weeks were great - I truly felt like they were in my corner and I could focus on getting better. That feeling did not last long. During the next 14 months while I was recovering from severe injuries, they passed me around to 7 different lawyers and as many paralegals and case managers and never returned phone calls, texts, and rarely acknowledged emails. I felt totally alone as my case progressed. There was one case manager out of the 7 who would answer my calls and respond to emails, but after her being on my case for about a month, she was either fired or quit and her phone number was disconnected. After 14 months, a new lawyer whose name I hadn't heard before called me to let me know that they would no longer be representing me. I was devastated. During a rare conversation with one of the later case managers, she shared with me her frustrations that they had restructured and a bunch of lawyers had been fired or left the firm, and as a result, the lawyer I was assigned at the time had his case load triple from 90 to close to 300 cases. I was shocked she was sharing so much of the internal "sausage-making" and I'm sure her management would not have been pleased. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that less than a month later they unceremoniously dropped me with only a matter of months left with my statute of limitations. Their commercials say they care, but in my experience, they couldn't care less. I don't know how they sleep at night.Morgan & Morgan

I hired this law firm in August to help with a workplace injury. I have received little to no support from the Attorney, and the paralegals have all quit or been ***laced four separate times, leaving gaps in information received and no follow up from them. I have expressed my concern with their client relations *** who I believe to be an automated recording. Very terrible service. Nothing like what is advertised by Morgan and Morgan.Morgan & Morgan

Hello I hope all is well with the recipient of this correspondence. I am a current client that was involved in an accident where I was struck off of my bike by an automobile. At the time I was riding my bike inside of the designated bike lane. I sustained injuries to my head, back and wrist. This past Friday my attorney sent me a form and asked me to sign and return it. The form said that the I would agree to a ****** settlement. I asked my attorney from Morgan &Morgan is the ****** my take home amount?He replied that I might want to hear the reality of the situation. He said that I accrued ****** in medical bills and Morgan & Morgan still has to take 40% of that from the ****** as well. I expressed to my attorney that Im still injured I lost my business as a result of injuries sustained from the accident and I still have scheduled doctors visits. My attorney told me see a doctor on my own time and this was all he could do minus negotiating deductions with the doctor. I told him that I would not agree to that and he replied that I would just hold things up until I did sign it. Any advice ? My case manager ******* ****** basically negotiated a settlement for a negative payout and expects me to sign consent and agree to it or elseMorgan & Morgan

Our experience with Morgan and Morgan has been beyond disappointing. My girlfriend was rear ended in a six car pile up while sitting at a red light in a car that belongs to me. She received multiple sprains, injured her shoulder which hasn't even been diagnosed yet and has 7 herniated discs, one which is bulging and may require surgery. My car was totaled and towed away without us being given any information about where it was going or what to do.Our first experience with our Morgan and Morgan case manager **** ****** was that she informed us she would be away for the entire week of the "Thanksgiving Holidays". Meanwhile, *** was lying around in agony with no support from Morgan and Morgan. Finally **** returned and we had some sporadic communication, mostly texts through their portal. She arranged an MRI and chiropractic visits but we received no news at all about the case and what to expect. All communication is via text through the portal, there is no one to call and talk to when you are concerned.Several weeks ago we received a bill from a towing company for the tow and storage. *** uploaded it to the portal and sent messages to **** asking what we should do. We heard nothing of course. I became concerned and looked into it and discovered that the tow company is planning to sell my car at public auction at which time a lien would be put on my license and I could lose it PERMANENTLY. Now most people, and the intake *** we spoke to at *******, ****** and ****** confirmed this, assume that when you hire a lawyer in a situation like this, the details will be taken care of. She could have at least advised us. When we call Morgan and Morgan about it, we were told that they were closed for Christmas and we would not be able to speak to anyone until the 26th. I will need to go Monday and pay the tow bill and have my car towed from the property. I had no idea this could happen. **** has been negligent so we have asked ******* to take over our case.Morgan & Morgan

This law firm will tell you lies , keep going back for more money, even though you agreed to settle and told them its been over 2 years since the ********** u are on verge of losing everything and wait till after you lose it all to be like arent you happy I got you 2,500$ more , nope not when I lost everything waiting on the 15 grand youve had for month !! Then its you will know Wednesday when funds being dispersed , Wednesday its we are waiting on offsets and proved they got it n now the hospital sent wrong records !! Cant keep up with the stories !! Just fishy you sign for one amount and still waiting now homeless, without a car and havent seen a doctor in over a year for the injury !!! Dont use this law firmMorgan & Morgan

I had a terrible ******** which has disabled my thumb for any use. The case was accepted by ***** ******* in August, 2024. I have been under physicians, orthopedic , and physical therapy care. As of today, no updates regarding status of my case except from case manager, ****. She is very nice but very informative. Today December 18, 2024 I learned they were dropping my case because the dog owner didn't have home owners insurance. These owners live in ********************* and the Park also has insurance to cover situations like this but ***** refused to move forward to help with my disability. Morgan and Morgan is so awful. Stay AWAY FROM THEM. I did read reviews previously thought that with all this false advertising they could be better than what others are saying. They are not concerned about clients disability - all I can say is please consult a different firm.Morgan & Morgan

False advertising has allowed them to think they are "for the people's. Unfortunately, they are for their old selves. As I mentioned Beware and look at all the negative comments made by past clients who had issues similar to mine.
