Yes i would like to file a complaint because ive gotten advertisements fr. This law firm today for accident attorney representation.I find it very Annoying because i'd like to know how they even got my info in order to E mail me anyways? I asked them and they had No response. I think its a serious Case of Fishing its Invasion of my privacy.Also why and how can i be Automatically subscribed to them and their Ads when as i told them ive never Contacted them befo Re in my life so why are they Contacting me? Im so fed up w/all Accident lawyer Commercials As it is. Like come on here. I think we all as Citizens of this city and State of ABQ , N.M know there is Way too many Accident lawyer attorney commercials as it is. When is it going to be Enough? ******* ******, **** *******/hurt call ****, *** ****.. im mean honestly its overkill already and im So sick and tired of the commercials then i got to go online to check my e mail and see even more? ****. Its A wierd obsession in the 505. I dont know why that is but i want nothing to do w/it. Somebody needs to regulate this and put a limit on it. I have had more than enough i just want them to leave me Alone when its going to end?Morgan & Morgan

The worst law firm to hire.They are not on your side at all.They really don't even communicate with you.Even when they drop your case after 6 months.They dont contact you.They get other lawyers to call you and act like they were just hired and cannot represent you.A real bunch of unprofessionalsMorgan & Morgan

I hired Attorney **** ******** with Morgan & Morgan regarding a *********** case I was with them for months they filed my claim but every time I tried to reach them no one would return my callI then sent my attorney a text message asking if I needed to find another attorney that would communicate with me.After that he filed a paper with the courts to remove himself from my case with no explanation to me but on the court papers **** ******** lied stating I wouldnt return his calls he flat out LIED with his statement to the courts so if your looking for an attorney hire anyone else but them..Morgan & Morgan

Morgan and Morgan is nothing but a Company of opportunists. I was hurt in a not my fault accident and they originally agreed to represent me but once they found out the at fault driver did not have medical liability insurance they dropped me. Since there were no deep pockets to go after they left me high and dry. I was hurt and I still am and they were not for me. What happened to For the People? They should say for the people if the at fault driver has deep pockets.Morgan & Morgan

I stayed with them for two years for my Social Security Disability claim and never once spoke to my actual attorney. I went through at least eight case managers. I felt like one of the 'nobodies' he speaks against in his commercials. I even heard from the ********************** without so much as an email from them. That was the last straw. Which is when I asked them to mail me a waiver of fees letter and informed them that they were fired.Morgan & Morgan

I am so disappointed in this firm. One of their commercials states that Nobody is a nobody. This is BS. I had a fall in ******* do to a substance on the floor that was witnessed and captured on their video footage. I was told by M&M that, yes, I definitely had a case. I was contacted by ******** claims department regarding an offer for a settlement and was told by my attorney not to speak with them, that M&M was in communication with them and a letter of demand would be submitted . Well 5 months later, after me always having to initiate any communication, I received a letter letting me know that M&M could not take my case. Now I am left holding all of the medical expense from all of my MD appointments and MRI. Believing in Morgan and Morgan was the biggest mistake I have ever made.Morgan & Morgan

I wish I had read the reviews over the ads. **** Morgan talks a great game but in the over month I havent spoken to a single person. I have sent countless emails with no response. They stalked me like crazy till I signed. I had 50 emails,text messages and voicemails. Once you sign your a nothing to them. Do your homework Ive wasted a whole month on this firm. **** Morgan shame on you false advertisement of say.Morgan & Morgan

Biggest mistake hiring them!!! Case managers changed 4 times and attorneys changed 2 times without even being called and told. Once the case was ready to settle out I was sent my closing statement, both parties agreed and signed the documents and asked to have my funds to me via ACH. This past Tuesday I was assured the process was started and that I would receive my funds in just a few days. Fast forward one week later and still no funds. Spoke to lawyer today and was told oh we made a mistake and had to stop the **** never bothered calling to tell me that. Was instructed to wait for the new closing statement and sign off on it asap. In addition to the law firm making a mistake Im being told you will have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to get the funds but yet Morgan and Morgan got there *****%. The little cases that arent worth bunches of money definitely dont matter to this firm. I have ZERO TRUST in this law firm now. I regret ever getting involved with this law firm. Worst communication ever, these guys reviews a tape for a slip and fall 30 minutes prior or the accident and after. Didnt even bother to request a cleaning log or wait for My mri to be seen. I now have a possible torn Achilles tendon and plantar fascia, and I injured my sacrum which is awaiting an MRI. It was absolutely pathetic to contact my attorney and I now see and understand how things work. Stay away people. I believe in karma so I can live with this horrible decision I made.Morgan & Morgan
