I usually don't like to give reviews unless I get something really extraordinary. Today is something similar. I was told that the US service team is functioning from Florida but even during the hurricane they managed to assist my business and get it up and running. Which I believe is amazingEpos Now

Stay away from this company! They promise that their program will work for your business,when they know it can't do the specific things you stated you needed the program to provide. You are told you can cancel if the program doesn't work for your business. Another lie! After loosing thousands due to their program and faulty credit card machines that kept going down I sent a written 90 day notice that I wanted to cancel. After many emails I was told by ******* in their "complaint department" she would cancel my contract.I purchased a consignment program for my business in December 2023 which included using their credit card machine and company.After looking over my bank statements I saw that EposNow was still taking their monthly fee from my bank account. I contacted ******* finally after several failed attemps and I was not cancelled and would not be cancelled until I returned their credit card machine.The machine was returned which ******* acknowledge after I saw I was still being billed, she said I would get a refund for the months after the machine had been returned.Long and short of it I am still being billed September 2024 after lots of calls and emails! I was promised I would get the 1099 tax form to report my sales. I never got it and when I asked today they said I had to get it from the back office of their program. I have NOT been able to get into their program. They said they would help me reset my password to get the form. When I did the program said I owed a payment for October and would not let me in without paying ***** law they have to provide that tax form. I will be contacting the *** next.Epos Now

Eposnow is incredibly inefficient software. We at Rockies Indian Groceries have been using it for almost 18 months, and the experience has been frustrating. The software is poorly designed, requiring multiple additional apps and frequent support. They also charge extra fees for minor services and impose unexpected costs without honoring their commitments. Who has the time to read through hundreds of pages of fine print? It feels like the company takes advantage of its users. They sell gift cards at inflated prices, often failing to deliver all of them as promised and not informing us about the need for a new terminal until its too late. Getting in touch with customer support is a hassle, leading to long wait times.Epos Now

We found that the issue with our reporting system was actually an operator error on our end, thanks to ****** excellent assistance. **** stayed on the line with me to ensure that everything was completed, and he was able to properly guide us through closing out the transactions and capturing the lost revenue. **** has assumed responsibility for a problem I've been having with ePOS for about 4 years. He is really accommodating to me as a customer, and I appreciate that I can ask technical questions and obtain his advice on matters pertaining to my till and software. He is courteous and truthful, and while we are on the phone, he follows up on his promise to do so even if he doesn't know the solution. He is a true example of what customer service should be because of his persistence in solving a persistent problem with some of my hardware and his availability to assist whenever it is convenient for me.Epos Now
