    Due to the horrible customer service, we decided to end our subscription. At that time he threatened us. By having the police tap our phones, so we saying nothing negative about the company. THEYRE THE WORST

    Mikel has taken ownership of an issue that I've had ongoing with epos now for almost 2 years. He is truly accommodating me as the customer and I'm grateful to get his help and expertise on technical issues and questions related to my till and software. He is kind and honest and if he doesn't have the answer when we are on the phone he follows-up when he says he will. He demonstrates tenacity to get to the bottom of an ongoing issue with some of my hardware AND his flexibility of always being available to help when it's convenient for me is a true representation of what customer service should be.

    Joel ***** me dío una excelente asesoria en los temas de creacion de listas de opcion multiple, en modificacion de productos ya creados y una muy buena asesoria para iniciar mis tomas de inventarios.
    Agradezco enormemente su paciencia y conocimiento, asi como el haberme compartido que existe una herramienta llamada **** ******, la cual en un par de meses seguro estaremos adquiriendo para agilizar la operacion.

    Back Oct 2021 I was looing into getting Epos now. I informed the company that I was a seasonal business. They said it was no problem and since I was seasonal that their would not be any minium transaction charge for using their in house credit card processing. I also asked if my business went belly up would there be any penalties for canceling my contract. They told me no and it was the same way with credit card processing. I ordered the equipment and during set up it was impossible to get ahold of anyone from epos Now technical support. I would have to call and act like I was looking to buy a new system so that I could get intouch with someone. I began noticing a $20 charge coming out of my account ontop of my normal charges. I called and finely got intouch with someone and they informed me that it was because I had not been making minimum transaction on the credit card processing. They finely acknowledge that's what I was told by the sales rep " Nick" and that they would honor it. Every month after that I continued to notice the same $20 fee. So after a afew month of this happening I filed a complaint with epos Now. After several months and countless hours on the phone attempting to resolve this issue. It took me wanting to cancel my contract before they took care of the issue. That's when I learned there was actually infact a cancelation charge for the credit card processing after I had been told different before I signed up by Nick. Today after my contract was in a freeze status for being seasonal im still getting charged for my subscription. After an hour of consented calling epos. I informed the person I was talking to that I wanted to cancel my account with them. She told me she couldn't do that unless I paid to Unfreeze my account so that she could process my cancelation request.
    Untrust worth, Unreliable customer support, unreliable software. STAY AWAY FROM EPOS NOW.
