    We bought 2 pos systems and was promised next day payment on credit card sales. Been 3 months and they still dont have this issue resolved. Sent email to cancel both systems and yet to recieve any correspondence back on doing so. Have been more than patience with them to work thru this issue with no reassurance that it will be corrected. Please help with getting this issue corrected.

    Epos sales person sold me their service
    I April 2023. He was supposed to deliver me their complete set of hardware and software which I have not received even today
    I was charged $ 69 instead of $ 59 as told by sales rep Dayne. Then I was charges $ 108 every month since may 2023 that includes $ 39 towards premium level of customer service which I never demanded or agreed for
    Meanwhile I send email request to cancel my acccount and refund money paid since I did not receive any product or service from epos
    I am also calling Epos every month to cancel account, refund my money and stop charging my account
    But epos had not resolve my grievance
    The customer service rep has no authority, and non cooperative and seems to avoid my problem
    He did not let me talk to the higher level officer with full authority to look into my problem
    They have published their email address to sent complain
    Only email is to connect to their sale dept to buy their product
    Epos send me email every month attaching receipt of payment $ 108 which is not monitored and no reply categori
    So far I am robber for almost $ 608 without getting any service or product
    Please help me to resolve th above, refund money , close the account and stop charring me any more

    I am totally dissatisfied by their approach and poor service and attitude to avoid customer problem
    I cannot recommend anybody to use eops
    In fact I tell everyone to not buy Epos and do not trust Epos
    Epos sales reps only sale the business , do not honour what he says at the time of selling and robs money from customers
    That is unfair to the customers and wil loose business with type of policy

    I regret going with the Epos Now system and realize exactly why I hesitated to use them in the first place. They do not inform you the credit card swiper will be sent separately after additional paperwork is completed. If you are not ready to start your business immediately, I suggest not getting started with this company because they will begin billing you monthly fees BEFORE you receive the credit card machine. When it is time to get assistance it is difficult to get help and you have to wait on hold for a very long time. In order to talk to anyone, you have to submit a support ticket and then wait for no one to actually call you back. They do not tell you about KYC information is needed in order to receive all your equipment and charge you additional fees for not using the equipment. Nor do they inform you that ALL of the equipment will not belong to you. When I asked to cancel, the ticket was closed twice without sending me any info about how to close and cancel the service. They still request you pay out the remainder of the contract even when I never received the credit card swiper. It wasn't until I posted that I will be filing a report with the BBB did I get a call asap. I'm still filing a report. This was a very expensive lesson to learn. Unless you have a bunch of extra time to spend waiting on hold, and waiting for someone to call you back to address concerns, then I would suggest you use another company. I emailed two people and set appointments and emails were not replied to and never received a call during the scheduled appointment time. I clearly told the company I found out there were additional requirements I needed to fulfill and would have to unexpectantly postpone opening. They delayed 1 month and then proceeded to charge my fees. It wasn't until I was ready to cancel I was given the option to put my account on hold.

    Don’t ever go to eposnow. Bad customer service hard software to use they will let you wait more then 30 minutes for customers service it’s very hard for inventory and reporting.

    I Tried to cancel the service and they wouldn't let me. I made a 'ticket' with the request and they called me to inform me that I should do the cancellation via help chat. now the person in the chat inform me that I need to do the cancellation via phone and now is not even responding to my messages.

    I don't want the pos and I am not even using it.

    Please I need to cancel ASAP

    They will not let you cancel the monthly fees once you purchase. I have called several times because the system is not compatible with my food truck. I keep being told someone will call me back and they do not!

    They make it impossible to cancel service. Even contacting support throws you in a loop that ends in the robot hanging up on you. The only way to cancel billing is to cancel your card, or transfer billing from direct debit to a card and then cancel it. I've submitted two seperate tickets to their support, that no longer takes calls, about canceling service and both have been deleted.
