My husband and I was at the Mooresville Olive Garden yesterday February 16, 2003. We had $15.98 left on a $50.00 gift card. The check number is *****. The card number was ******. The table number was 104. We had two orders of the soup, salad and breadsticks. We also had a coke and a sweet tea. I am still trying to figure out why this would have cost $15.98, plus an additional $26.00 and some cents. This was the lunch hour. The waitress printed out the gift card receipt, but I stupidly left the other one. So we paid $42.00 and change, plus I left her almost a $6.00 tip.Business Response

Ever year for my Birthday I am given a Olive Garden gift card from a family member, as it's always been my favorite and very convenient because I have it delivered because I do not drive and unable to get out . I now have a $50 gift card that is worthless because you no longer offer third party delivery and Olive garden's delivery is $100 minimum delivery order. I no longer have use for my gift card because I will not pay the other $50 to make the minimum delivery!!! So now I am out $50 because my gift card is worthless to me!!!Business Response

I visited the olive garden a few weeks ago.
Dates are on the receipt. The only good thing was the waitess, she was very attentive. The food was awful. My sauce was just water.
Cheese was left out on the counter ( see picture)
It was there already when we arrived and still there after we left. Serious health issue, not to mention how filthy the booths were ( see picture)
We normally go to longhorn and I don't understand how these restaurants are under the same umbrella with completely different standards.
I'd like to see a financial resolution and commitment to offer your customers better food quality and not exposing them to food poisoning with cheese left out for who knows how longBusiness Response

I went to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse in Seekonk, MA on 1.15.23 as was friends bday dinner. Our waitress was very nice and professional but overworked as she had 5 tables all at once. I ordered a 6oz steak, my partner ordered 6oz n shrimp and friend had steak tips. The waitress put how we would like them cooked in computer and waited. They brought food out but they were all undercooked. We got her attention and she said would ask to remake. They came back and still mine was not done so due to eating lots of bread etc I told her this isn't even correct as it's not 6oz. She apologized and gave me a to go box. The manager came over and I even told him this as had cut into my staek but now half is gone. I ordered 6oz and get this. He took off for my partners mess up and we left. Deciding to see if I was right we weighed it and my steak was 3.6oz and my partners was 4.1. So out of ordering 12oz steak we ended up with 7.7 and not 1 bite eaten off steak. What a scam. So after dining at cheddars in ********************. For my husbands birthday. We were not pleased at all. This place has really gone down hill. We were put in a booth next to the bar with horrible lighting. It took about 15 for anyone to bring us drinks. And when we did get it particles were floating in the water. We asked for new waters. The crossaints came out cold Even though the waiter said fresh out the oven. The shrimp that was ordered was called the spinach dip was cold they took it all back and just seemed like they heated in the microwave and returned it to the table. The pasta that we ordered came out with barely any flavor they forgot to bring my salad and overall this restaurant was disgusting...... waiters didn't come by to see how the food tasted. Matter of fact one of the waiters walked around with a durag on the whole time very unprofessional. We had to keep waving down 3 different waiters. Never had I specific person. We definitely will not be back. Oh and also the Fries over fried.Business Response

The evening of Jan 6th 2023 my wife and I enjoyed dinner at the Olive Garden restaurant 2575 NE 8th St, Homestead, FL 33033. We were out of town travlers and after returning to Homestead ******** where we were staying, I noticed that I had forgotten my I phone at the restaurant. My wife tracked my phone and confirmed its location INSIDE the restaurant. I immediatley called the restaurant and the Man that answered the phone told me that he had the phone in his possession , described the MODEL and COLOR of the phone, then told me they would place it in safe keeping and that I could return and obtain the phone by demonstrating I could Unlock the device. I told them I would return at 11:00 am and pick up the Phone. Upon our return at 11am the next morning I spoke with the store manager. My phone was no where to be found and no one knew anything about it. They could not reach my Server and they explained that protcalfor handling lost items clearly had not been followed. Had the restaurant not confirmed that they had the phone and DESCRIBED the phone to me , I would not be as upset as I am right now. I have written Darden Corporate and I am requesting that Darden compensate mefor the Uninsure portion of my replacement phone (deductible). It is unacceptable that a company like Darden employ thieves in this day and age and that such a critcal and important item was not cared for in a proper manner.Business Response

We had dinner after ***** gardens at this location . The food took over 20 min to arrive . I had soup , my sister a meal with chicken , my mom a meal with chicken also, and my nephew macaroon and cheese .My soup was **** warm and the chicken meals were cold. The waiter heated them up for.us and he kept constantly apologizing. The food was rubbery and dry and the day after my sister and mom.both had diaheria. I know this can't be the first time as the waiter seemed aware of.some.issues . This means your kitchen is making people sick. We would like this location to be cleaned up and the kitchen staff retrained. I'm sure there's someone that left the food out and recooked it a few too.mamy times. My sister only ate at your restaurant so we know this is related to the chicken or sauce. The quality of the food does not justify the price, but at the least a person should not.get sick from your product .Business Response
