      I have unsubscribed from the Texas Longhorn email list at least 10 times over the last couple of months. It always says my email will be removed within 10 days but I still get the emails. I dont think they are actually taking any action when someone unsubscribes from their mailing list

      We spent 150 dollars as a family of five at the olive garden in ***********. Raw breadsticks, tasted like they came off the semi - doughy. Each batch had to be personally cooked by our server. Burnt to a crisp croutons. Whatever is served with the spinach artichoke dip was also burnt to a crisp. When we got home we all had food poisoning. This was Dec. 2 at 6pm Manager didnt do antthing.

However, we've not located the transaction you described. We did not have a Spinach & Artichoke dip or Spaghetti and Meatballs purchased in cash on the date you provided.       I ate at Cheddars in *************, ******* on Friday night with a date. First of all, your red beans and rice is incredible! Your meat loaf reminds me of Salisbury steak, except it is awful. I ordered it last night and it was so bad I couldnt eat it. Please go to The ******* Restaurant in *****, ******* and taste their meat loaf and maybe consider changing your recipe. It would help your business if you would take your meat loaf off your menu or get a better recipe. Your meat loaf is gross. Sorry.

      On 11/10/2024,I ordered the items below from Olive garden,in ******,NC27893 #1. One 6oz Sirloin Steak,Well done.I received a burnt Sirloin Steak with pure red inside. TO GO- $19.49 #2 .One Chicken Parmigiana, that was very hard & tasted very nasty as if there was liquid of some kind had been added. --------------------------------------------TO GO-$19.49 #3. One Sicilian Cheesecake----------------------------------TO GO-$8.99 When I opened the box the Cheesecake was in, it looked as tho someone shook the box back and forth,it was torn up in the box and nasty looking,with liquid around it.#4. One Strawberry Cake----------------------------------------TO GO-$9.29 When I opened that box it also looked as tho it had been shook back and forth,it looked as tho it was very wet with some type of liquid around it.#5. One Chocolate Lasagna-------------------------------------TO GO-$9.29 Believe it or not that was the ONLY food that nothing was wrong with it!#6. One kid CYO Meat Sauce,Spaghetti-$6.99, one add Meatballs $1.79, mixed water,with fries, mixed with some type of water/liquid around it,not looking advertising ( watery ) - TO GO-#7. One kid CYO Meat Sauce,Spaghetti,$6.99 with liquid in it also,with grapes. TO GO #8. The Minestrone and ***************** Soup was so nasty tasting,like something mixed in it it was very nasty ********** GO-NO CHARGE.#9.The drinks - One kids Ras ***** Lemonade-(2) tasted like water.* The beginning of my order I also asked for 4 toppings.The nasty fouth one was at the bottom of the bag. * On the first order, Ms. ****** said that she forgot to put topping in the bag for the ************** Cake, she forgot to give me the ******** Lemonade also.* All of this is because I reported these Complaints to her supervisor,Mr. ****.       Order curb side pickup from Olive Garden on 11/22/24. I am working in the city for government on an assignment for a few months. I had a dessert code for a free dessert .i order my dinner and put my code on my online order. I was still charged for the dessert after I reached my hotel the next morning I contacted the hotel for a refund of the dessert which I spoke to a manager and she told me she was sorry and my credit card would be refunded. I have never received any refund from this restaurant.I am requesting my money back for the dessert of 8.99 plus taxes and a gift card for the problems this restaurant has cause me. I should have never had to involve the BBB for a resolution for a mistake that the restaurant made. I still have my free dessert code in my email and I have enclosed my receipts for this order.This is put a bad taste in my mouth for good service it is far from good service. oh, came back quick

      I went to dinner at **** ***** in ********* CA. There was a gift card for $200 we were planning on using. We had dinner everything was fine. When the check came we put down the gift card for the majority of the bill. The server came back and let us know there was insuffieicnt funds. We have never used that gift card. We could not call anyone to get this resolved. They followed up with an email saying it was used 9/11 in *******, which was not us. We would like a refund for what we paid for.

      I had a rather terrible experience on 11/16 at the Olive Garden. It took 45 minutes for me to get my spinach dip from the order to go. The manager came out, gave me my food and told me that he would not charge me for my food. I was still charged for that item. I then spoke to a Supervisor ******, on 11/18 and she told me that my payment would be reversed, and she sent me a $20 gift card. My order has still yet to be refunded. I mean it is $11.70, and this is what someone has to go through for a reimbursement. I know things get busy and people forget, however, this is 2 different supervisors.All of this is definitely not an experience anyone wants when figuring out dinner on a Saturday and it is now Wednesday and still no resolution.

      Date of transaction was 11/06/2024, we had dinner at Cheddars in ******* News Va, upon paying our check, it was$49.65, we gave a $25.00 gift card, and the remaining balance was put on my Debit card $24.95, we gave waiter a $10.00 tip in cash, upon looking into my account i saw where $34.95 was put my debit card, i immediately went back to *******, ask to speak to manager, i waited 40 miniute, the hostess call 3 time for manager, he never show, i left and call corporate office, no answer as well, left voice message, still no response from either locations.

      We ate at Olive Garden on October 9th 2024 at 8:04 p.m. Check # ******. We ordered Rigatoni, Soup, Salad, Breadsticks, Pasta Fagioli Soup, Chicken Fettucine *******,Chicken Gnocchi soup. We got the salad and it was old and yellow. I ate the Pasta Fagioli Soup. I then went to the restroom afterwards and had diarrhea. Then came back to the table and was presented another bowl. I didn't eat it. Then I still felt ill. I went back to the bathroom for the remander of the dinner, My family was eating their meal and I am in the restroom with food poisoning, That's all I ate that day. The manager only took off the soup on the check, I came out of the restroom and I asked to speak with him. (****** ********) He said there was NO way I had food posioning that fast, This conversation was in front of the host and in the Lobby with other guests there. I told him yes I was sick. I know what food poisoning is. Obviously I was not happy with being sick and his rude customer service skills didn't help. On top of this disaster it was my Birthday dinner with my family. Thank You,***** ******** ************ **************************

      On 10/26/2024 I slipped on the wet floor in the restaurant. There was not a wet floor sign. There were several witnesses including a waiter who was right behind me. This was reported to the Manager. I went to the ** due to injuring my hand/wrist. The manager is aware and encouraged me to seek medical care. I was told that they would be responsible for the medical bills. When I contacted the company I was told that a claim had been filed. The manager stated that they had witnesses statements. I have attempted to contact their insurance carrier as I was told that they would contact me but they have not responded to me. I had provided my insurance information to the **. I now need to make an appointment with NM Orthopedics as recommended by the ** doctor as I continue to have pain.
