Welcome To The Olive Garden Restaurant Out In Laguna Hills, California!
As I had stated in the video, I have Not been to an Olive Garden Restaurant in years and I think one (1) of the reasons is because there are just Not Enough Of Them as there were back in the 1980's.
I do share a history with the Olive Garden Restaurant because when I was a kid, I got invited to partake in a survey about some kind of restaurant food and that was for The Olive Garden and I certain Gave Them A Five (*****) Star Rating and Times Have Not Changed Much Either!
Moving Right Along:
For Lunch: I had Bellini Peach-Raspberry Iced Tea to drink along with Shrimp Fritto Mistro and Chicken Marsella Fettuccine.
For Lunch: My Uncle Harold had Spaghetti With Marinara, Salad and Iced Tea!
By The Way: We had Becca as our Server and she went Above And Beyond Our Expectations!
Note: They Also Had Good Wi-Fi Connections as well for all of their customers to enjoy!
Please Note: Their food Tasted Out Of This World and I can Not Thank My Uncle Harold Enough for Making The Right Decision in Taking Me There For Lunch back on Saturday, January 21st, 2023.

If I can give no star it would be even better. I have always gone to this restaurant never had an issue until tonight. Sit down order drinks and appetizers. Dinner comes like 30-40 mins no problem understand it was busy but food was cold. I advised our waitress Kayla the food had hair she asked if we remember who brang the food out I said no. After finding hairs (multiple) in my moms plate and then in my dads plate we let her know. Manager comes over and says she will give us 25% off for the inconvenience. My parents being elderly did not want to cause a scene and fight about this issue so we paid and left please look at your food and if your surroundings around your table area are dirty let them know as well. And I hope someone does see this and communicates with me because this was so unfair. Horrible that I still had to pay and $96 bill instead of dinner being free for having hairs in themDarden Restaurants, Inc.

I originally placed a to go order December 9th around 10 pm. Given the fact that they close at 11 I expected nothing less than a perfect meal still. Once home I began to start eating my meal only to see the steak was completely raw almost as if it had just came out of the pack. At this point they are closed so I wasn't able to call nor take the food back. The following day I called in which the manager agreed to remake the food. After work I went to receive the food while still offering to bring the raw food that was given to me back. Once I got him I saw that not only was the steak over cooked this time but it had none of the items on it that I had ordered (cheese,etc) just a bare steak after I had already disclosed to the manager I would like my steak prepared as I ordered it the previous day. After calling in to advise of this I didn't receive an apology but instead an attitude from the manager in which they refused to have me come back in for the miss item. I requested a refund as not only Was this the second time that my order was placed in correctly by the staff but have also wasted gas as well. The manager refused and said instead a gift card will be issued. After returning the the store to bring the food back and speak with the manager the cops were called and the manager advised the cop nothing would be issued as I was already given a free meal. With both meals in hand one from the previous night and the other that was just given to me. The manager then told the cops she would like me removed in which the cops then began to curse and scream in my face. I have a recording and have all intentions on releasing to news streams as well as social media platforms. I completely understand on a Saturday night how frustrating it may be to run a restaurant but to treat a customer that has been nothing but will to work with you as such is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have started the steps to place complaints against the cops as well.Darden Restaurants, Inc.

Olive Garden has a line that saids, suggested tip. When your credit card is given to wait staff, they automatically charge your card with the suggested tip. When you get the bill back to your table to sign the tip is included without you agreeing ti it because it said suggested and not saying the tip is automatically put on. If you do not scrutinize the bill there is a line on the Bill for your tip. This means you could be putting two tips. You should be told that the tip is going to be put on your bill without your approval. FrankDarden Restaurants, Inc.

On 10/03/2022 I went to bahama breeze in Duluth,GA This was my first eating at this restaurant and my last. I ordered a drink and my drink had a Piece of Glass in it! They just tried to give me another drink but I didn't feel comfortable to drink anything else. The manager was unapologetic, this was a serious hazard, I'm thankful to have caught it before swallowing. This restaurant needs to more careful and pay attention to the details.Darden Restaurants, Inc.

1 starRacist Incident My friend and I entered the restaurant and were seated. At least 7-10 wait staff passed by us after we were seated. After approximately and 15 minutes the waitress comes and we are finally able to order drinks and appetizers, as well as our food order. We waited another 10 minutes before our beverage and appetizers were served. Approximately 45 minutes pass and the waitress has not refilled our beverages nor have received our order. The waitress comes to our table, she makes excuses about the number of tables she's responsible for, the chef not cooperating, and even tells us that we should not be sitting in the section we were sitting excuse after excuse. She tells us that she's going to refill our drinks and I told her that at this point we were ready for the check.... The "manager" comes to our table, she does not greet us and says I am giving you 50% off the meal walks away. The waitress returns with the order which I declined and asked for the check. The manager comes back to our table, and she says "I told you what I was going to do" and I say you're not going to come over here and tell me anything...and talking to me like a dog, I proceeded to tell her the issues with waitress that our beverages weren't refilled and we have been sitting here for 45 minutes and we just want the check at this point, she interrupts me....and says you are not going to talk to me that way and I say you are not going to me that way either.. she storms off. After sitting for 20 minutes, I approach her to ask for the check, she says I took care of it and "get out of my face nigger." I go back to the table to get my friend to leave and I stop a staff member to ask her name, he claims he's just coming on shift and he does know her name. I approach the manager again and she tells me her name (Brandy) and says that she's not talking to me because I cussed at her. She has an audience and starts with the "victim role" accusing me of cussing at her.Review fromTracey J

1 starMY NIECE WANTED TO CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY AT CHEDDARS ON 8/21/22 SHE WENT IN EARLY TO RESERVE SEATING FOR THE CELEBRATION STAFF TOLD HER IT WOULD BE 45 MINUTES BEFORE WE ARE SEATED, MY NIECE CALLED EVERYONE AND TOLD THEM THE WAIT TIME, AND HOUR PASSED BY SO SHE WENT TO INQUIRE ABOUT WHEN HER PARTY WOULD BE SEATED THAT'S WHEN THE PROBLEMS STARTED AND THE STAFF WAS TELLING HER IT WOULD BE 2 HOURS AND i STEPPED IN TO TELL STAFF NO i WAS HERE WHEN YOU TOLD HER 45 MINUTES YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT WAITING 2 HOURS, aSKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER AND THE MANGER NEVER CAME OUT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WE WAS HAVING. 1 starCheddars in Port Arthur, Tx . We order from cheddars quite frequently and it doesn't seem like this place can get their act together. In the past, they were horrible in giving food that had been on the warmer way to long. I brought it to the attention of higher ups, even took pictures of the meals and emailed it to them, And, it made no difference. However, it has gotten better in that regard. Now, it is awful due to them frying chicken tenders in the same oil as seafood. We literally had to throw the tenders away as it was terrible. The fish/shrimp taste was dominate and was clear the oil was the problem. Why is it that you can't have strict guidelines about this. Don't mix seafood oil with other meats. If we wanted seafood, we would have gotten seafood. But, the taste of seafood on chicken tenders is unsatisfactory. I'm hoping someone will get this restaurant back on track. Otherwise, we need to start getting food from other places & stop going to this restaurant once and for all.Review fromGreg S
