I’ve never worked with a more incompetent and uncaring company. Each month I spend up to 8 hours over 4-5 days to get them to send my life altering medication. When you call you speak to a foreign speaking person in another country. I spend months without my medication and NO ONE cares at all. My doctors office says they can’t waste any more time calling them. I feel they just wait for people to give up. I plan on writing letters and alerting some friends in yje media to start taking this on. It’s absolutely awful.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

I have spent hours on the phone with this company, trying to arrange delivery of a drug for my 94-year-old mother. As others have mentioned, each time it's a new person and you have to repeat the same information. Do they not have computers? I have been kept on multiple holds for over and hour, and had the call cut off. I have emailed Customer Service and the company president, recently quoted in PRNewswire: "We are extremely proud to be recognized as a 2023 Specialty Pharmacy Patient Choice Award winner," said Steve Jensen, President of AcariaHealth. Astounding!!
Finally I gave up and told them to stop calling, we're going elsewhere. They keep calling! It's like being in a horror film.
As someone else mentioned, I am leaving a 1-star review only because you can't leave zero.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

I have 2 medications processed by Acaria. The last 3 months have been screwed up. I'm changing pharmacies after 5+ years because the service has got so bad. Besides the normal 500 questions you have to answer every time that is completely unnecessary, the last 3 months they have missed one of my prescriptions and it was never shipped. After 1 month, I always double checked with the operator to ensure they are processing both. For some reason this confuses them. I know they've moved all their operators overseas with a huge language barrier now, but basic instructions and communication are a lost concept for Acaria now.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

Late delivery of important medication despite multiple calls requesting it. They say they have no records of my calls to them, even though my call history shows multiple calls directly to their number. Impossible to get through the phone system at times, greater than a 30min wait at times especially Mondays, sometimes after a long wait it just drops the call. I suspect many patients just use this company because they have no other choice. My constructive criticisms would be:
1. Allow a patient to approve the delivery of a drug, even if it's "too early". that doesn't mean you have to ship it or charge the insurance early. There's no insurance or medical issue preventing the patient from verbally agreeing to the date of the medication arrival, you can just check that patient delivery consent off the list and then wait for the time to ship/charge insurance.
2. Start a call back service for busy times.
3. Prioritize shipping before the next dose is due. This should be obvious but apparently it's not.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

This is a very corrupt company. I have to go through the same thing every 2 weeks for my life saving medication. I have dual insurance and both have approved this medication but when/if they call to see if I’m in need for my refill , they tell me I owe anywhere from $1,200 to $900 for a 2 week supply. My medication has not changed and I have 20 refills. After going back and forth with them for hours, they usually come back and tell me I owe nothing. I hate to see people being treated like this when they are at their lowest. They definitely need to be investigated and the manufacturer of the drug that I take needs to find another pharmacy to dispense this medication. I don’t know why this is the ONLY pharmacy in the U.S. that is supples my medication.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

Hands down the most corrupt, negligent "pharmacy" I've ever encountered. They lie, manipulate, gaslight and steal from patients and insurance companies. My first call tomorrow will be to file a complaint with my insurance company and the next will be the attorney general. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. Every single month they have caused my 8 year old child to go without his LIFE SAVING injectable medicine for days at a time. Each month they schedule and confirm a delivery over the phone and you wait. And wait. And wait some more. Then when it doesn't come and you call to find out they lie and say you didn't have prior authorization or it's waiting on a referral to be pushed through From some shadow branch of their sketchy company. Well if we didn't have prior authorization how the hell did you schedule and confirm the delivery (with text messages) a week ago?!?! Each person you talk to says something different, they are rude and WRONG and reading the rest of the reviews on here (and on other pages) leads me to realize this is an every day occurrence for this pathetic company. They play with peoples lives and show zero empathy or professionalism, and then when you get frustrated and tell them this is something that happens every month without fail - they say and I quote "yeah well you're not the only patient we have" and I retorted with yes I know because I see their displeasure all over the internet. For the love of God and your sanity, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS F RATED COMPANY.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

This is one of those companies if I could give 0 stars, I would. My first appt with my Dr, Acaria failed to mail out my medication. Second appt they called me while the Dr was injecting me asking for shipping fees. Then I don’t hear from them for the next 3 treatments. Then I get a call for fees and the process takes 30mins. 3 months later I go through it again on a Friday, Monday they call and say they left VM’s and my Dr’s hasn’t called back to confirm things and they’ll call back if there’s an issue. They wait another 8 days, 2 days before my appt, at 5pm to say they still haven’t heard back from my Dr. I call my Dr leave a callback and they return it within 10 seconds! Come to find out I never had to go through Acaria and no one knows how they got my info! Dr office calls them and Acaria puts the blame on ME! Saying I never gave them payment (I had almost 2 weeks prior). Office cancels the order on behalf of me and their office and flags their files to not do business with them. They don’t even have voicemails, they do automated callbacks! Acaria lied and tried playing the blame game between my Dr’s office and myself when they dropped the ball! Come to find out, I never needed to go through them to begin with! Never a good experience with them. Even had to call my bank to block any future charges from them to be safeAcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.

This company does not deserve to be in business. In no particular order, "service" staff have NO business being on the phone. Acccents so thick as to be unintelligle. Staff did not know what they were doing and seemed to be OK with inability to assist patient. Took 3 weeks of total lies, "concern" for me; turns out after 3 weeks which were a total waste of time, that their issue was to receive co-pay before they would release medicine to my primary health care provider. To say that I was frustrated beyond belief would be a massive understatement. The incompetentence of staff clearly reflected the indifference of the company towards user of the company. I have notified my primary doctor and my insurance letting them know of these issues (and more). I will do whatever is necessary to ensure that no one has to deal with them again.AcariaHealth Pharmacy, Inc.
