      UNCONSCIONABLY INCOMPETENT! a negative 5 star rating, I have called them, my doctor has called them and still NO RECORD OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS! Each time I call they say we have no records. How do you stay in business without selling and accepting orders. Stupidity at it's finest. 3 weeks and no resolution...Shame on Boeing for using this lowest bottom feeder to provide near-do-well healthcare to it's employees.

      I am forced to use this specialty pharmacy by BCBS Ins. I was using Pharmacy Advantage for nine yrs with no issues. They helped me get on a co-pay assistance program and it helped me tremendously. Now that I am being forced to use Alliance RX -Walgreen, they do not work with suppliers that have co-pay assistance. I am on disabilty and ca not afford the co-pay which is three times the amount through Pharmacy Advantage. I am unable to get my meds now for my MS. BCBS will not allow me to use Pharmacy Advantage and Alliance RX refuses to use a supplier who supports a co-pay assistance program. I should be able to at least use a Pharmacy that cost me the least out of pocket. Shame on Alliance RX and BCBS. For the first time in 11 yrs, I cannot afford my meds and cannot take them.

      I have had nothing but problems with AllianceRX. they tell you a different story every time you call, they dont keep records of conversations that you had with them. they lie to you about your refills and nobody tells you the same story when you call multiples times about a problem. Terrible, Terrible. wish I had other options for a mail order pharmacy.

      AllianceRX Walgreens double bills me. They send me a bill long before my insurance has even gotten their claim. Then my insurance pays them the same amount.

      I’ve been using AllianceRX for 5 years now with two different medications, and not once have they gotten the refill request correct. Once the time rolls around for my medication, instead of feeling confident that I’ll be called in a timely manner to schedule a refill with no issues, I have to schedule my own time WEEKS in advance before my order to call and see what the problem is *this* month, and give them more than enough time that’s required to fix it, or my order will be late. My order is either not placed, the information I’ve provided to them is not updated, or any number of other negligent issues every single time. Their systems are painfully slow, and the frontline workers barely know what they’re doing. If one thing is out of order, it becomes the biggest deal to fix, making mountains out of molehills, and the customers are thrown around on the phone for hours. I dread taking my medication, but I dread calling this company every two months to refill it even more. These are medications for SERIOUS ILLNESSES and timing is everything!! A pharmacy should not be allowed to function with anything less than 4 stars or with these major major issues. It’s been 5 years for me, and it’s truly only gotten worse.

      There is NEVER an easy way to get either new prescriptions or refills for existing prescriptions. There is always something holding up the process. They even cancelled one order over a 1 month past due of $5. I can't believe this is my only specialty pharmacy choice. I literally spend nearly 2 1/2 hours trying to get my prescriptions EVERY month. This is not acceptable. These drugs mean the difference of me functioning or not being able to do anything... And they're always late which causes flares and more pain.
      It's disgusting they are allowed to get away with this. Let a CEO anonymously call and try to get medication see how that goes!

      NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY! NEVER! They are going to kill me. I cannot deal with them anymore. I have been trying to get my daughter's medication for two months. Spoke to countless agents one worse than the other. This company is a bunch of clowns. I cannot believe they are in business. Every time you call you get a different answer. And just when you think there is some hope of getting your medicine, you find out you are back at square one. I was on the phone with them today and I swear I could have killed someone. Just a terrible company to work with. Terrible. If you have a choice go somewhere else. And yes I agree this company doesn't deserve one star- they are that bad.

      Frontline representatives are better at customer service than supervisors but none of them are forthcoming with true and correct information about your medication orders. Worst runaround I've ever experienced.

      Hands down the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with! First off they never reached out to me when there was a problem with the insurance. Then a woman named Erika called me was beyond rude and disrespectful and claimed I wouldn’t provide her with my insurance information! She really said that to my doctor. I am on very serious medication but yet lies and tries to make me look bad. They were running my insurance wrong over and over and over again. Each person i spoke to acted like they were doing something for me and than when I would call back the next person I spoke to had no idea what was going on and I had to restart the process each time. I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before possibly going through with filling my prescription with them. They need to clean house because everyone that works there who I have spoken to is HORRIBLE AND NOT HELPFUL. They need training and they need people who actually want to help others. They made my life SO MUCH More stressful than it had to be for weeks! I am still blown away by their customer service and the company as a whole. If you are thinking of using them, DONT! Try using any other or community Walgreens or any regular pharmacy. I know with certain medications you need a specialty pharmacy, I just recommend looking for any other. I never ever write reviews, usually I don’t have to but the disrespect and unprofessionalism I received is still beyond me.

      Because there is no lower rating. I spent over 2 hours on the phone being shuffled first to one group to figure out why my sons medication had not arrived after being paid. They informed me there was a balance, I said fine let me pay via EFT. They could not handle that request and spent several send me to here and there. Each time having to give the exact same set of information over and over and over again. In the end, what should have been a simple HSA transfer of funds ended up me using a credit card, then documenting the purchase to submit to my HSA bank to be reimbursed.
      To add insult to injury they did not ship the medication until I called back 3 days later asking why I had not received the medication. They explained it was not scheduled for delivery..***, if I buy the damn $28k medication you should assume I want it ASAP! The incompetence and paperwork. The problem, my companies insurance requires I go through these ******!
