    We started the process of exiting our Timeshare. We attended a seminar at a hotel in Sanford, FL. We filled out paperwork and paid them over $8,000. They guaranteed we would be out of timeshare within 3 to 6 months We forwarded any an all correspondence from our Timeshare to them on email. We followed up and followed up with no good response as to where we were at in the process. We had email correspondence with several different people. Our first contact was at the Seminar, he assured us that they guaranteed we would be out of our Timeshare within 3 to 6 months. We were advised not to pay the HOA fees and not to use the timeshare week. July 26, 2023 we received an email advising they received our correspondence. On 2/8/2024, We forwarded the denial response from our Timeshare to them. We then received an email from the Release Dept. 2/13/2024. We followed up frequently after that. We then received a response from another Customer rep, telling us to make sure we forward any correspondence we receive from Westgate. On 10/22/2024 we received another denial letter from Westgate which we forwarded to the correspondence team. On 12/3 we followed up and received an automated response: Thank you for your email. We have received your message. Based on the arrival time your message is being reviewed and responded to accordingly. I followed up again on 12/22 and received the same automated response. We have never received a response and now all emails and phone #'s are no longer valid. We are now owing over $3,000 for back HOA fees. Please refund our money so we may pay our back HOA fees and work with another company to get out of our timeshare.

    SCAM! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW DO NOT ANSWER MY CALLS AND E-MAILS. I MAILED PAPER WORK TO THEM AND IT CAME BACK UNABLE TO DELIVER. THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY..

    SCAM - they got their money from the financial company, but they are no longer answering call, or emails. I have no resolution on my case and the finance company thinks I am going to continue paying them - NOT HAPPENING!

    Was lied to about a timeshare and pushed to get it tried to cancel same day and vistana refused to allow paid consumer consulting group ******* to help my wife and i get out of the scam and they scammed us aswell and no phone numbers nor emails work

    WE STARTED THE PROCESS OF TIMESHARE EXIT IN APRIL OF 2023 AND I GUESS ITS ALL THE SAME AT THE BEGINNING, THEY ANSWER QUICKLY, AND GIVE YOU INFORMATION. I COULD SEND THEM AN EMAIL AND WITHING A DAY OR TWO I WAS GETTING A RESPONSE, UNTIL THIS PAST DECEMBER I EMAILED THEM TO GET AN UPDATE ON MY CASE AND I ONLY GOT THE AUTOMATED RESPONSE BUT NOTHING ELSE AFTER THAT, I HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS I HAVE AND NONE ARE WORKING AND THE EMAILS KEEP GETTING REJECTED. AND WE ARE STILL GETTING CHARGED.

    I started the process of exiting my timeshare with CCG in February of 2023. At the very beginning of the process, they were communicating well to answer questions and concerns. Every time I talked with them; they told me they were in the process of removing my name from the timeshare and that it usually takes anywhere from a year to 18 months before they are able to get results. I receive several emails regarding the status of my case for about a year and then I only heard anything from the company when I contacted them. This is when I started to get the run around from them. I was instructed to submit a quick claim deed so that we could speed up the process. After a couple of responses, I was told they would be getting in contact with me, but I never was. I tried contacting them and all of the numbers and email contacts no longer worked. This seems to be nothing but a total scam! I want *** to fulfill the time share cancellation process that was promised when we made the agreement.

    Company promise to exit my timeshare within 9 to 36 months. Call for and update. The phone numbers are disconnected. Cant get in touch with no one. Email them and I get same exact AI Email in responds every time. They take your money and disappear. Not ok.

    I started this process in 2021. They were communicating for the first year, but after that everything stopped. I've called every phone number I have for them. They phone numbers are disconnected or bad numbers now. I was told back in May of 2024 they were under new management but someone would reach out to be regarding a refund. I havent heard anything. The contract I signed says I would receive a full refund after an 18 month period if they were not able to get me out of my time share. I've given well over 18 months. I just want an update and a refund. It would be nice if someone would reach out to me. I would have to file a complaint with the state.

    I am still paying this company $200 a month for almost a year and havent received response in over 2 months as to what is happening with my account. Is this company still open? Do I need to get a lawyer if they are still taking my money and providing no service. All of their phone numbers seem to be disconnected and they dont respond to emails. And yes they said they were closed for the storm but i havent heard from anyone since august so this is NOT storm related.
