I gave them 1800 dollars almost 2 years ago not a thing got done they do not answer there phones They do not speak well to their customers Especially Jessica ***** I’m very upset with there actionsConsumer Consulting Group LLC

4/26/21 I paid CCG $15,572 to get me out of 3 time shares. Mark ******** told me they would at no additional cost try to recover $18,900 I paid to another Law Firm who did not get me out of the time shares and could not be reached for followup. I had regular contact with Mark until November 15, 2021. Then no contact although I left several text messages , phone messages, and emaill messages with no response until May 5, 2022. I have not talked to Mark in person since Nov 2021 but May 6,2022 Jardine stated she would talk to Mark and have him call me. May 18,2022 I talked to Lloyd and told him this was very stressful to my health. I told him I could not reach anyone so I hired another company to get rid of timeshares and I only have one time share left for CCG to get rid of and the recovery of the money from the other law firm. I got no results with at least 10 phone calls or emails until 12/21/22 when I talked to Ki Ki who was very apologetic and I told her I wanted Quit Claim Deed immediately and she saw to it that it was drawn up and I had notary witness my signature effective Jan 19, 2023. After numerous phone calls inquiring status with no results I got a hold of LLoy who told me KiKi was not there anymore and he woulld get back to me but has not and I cannot get anybody to answer the phone or return my calls since. The last message I left I stated I was going to notify BBB. I just want CCG to fullfill their obligation in a timely manner. April 26,2021 to June 2, 2023 is not timely.Consumer Consulting Group LLC

Your account was extensive and has over 15 contracts. We have eliminated a large portion of them. YOu have not provided an email that you check and we have called leaving messages. We do not want miscommunication, and our office lines are open Monday through Friday 9 AM-7PM EST, and on our website for Chats, 24/7.
You also have a client portal which you can log into and see the activity. There has been many disputes regarding Barclays and other accounts. We are not in receipt of these responses. Please forward them to us.

Consumer Consulting Group LLC has had my email which I check daily since April 26,2021 when you emailed my credit card receipt to me. You have my email. KiKi started Quit Claim Deed at my demand on December 21, 2022 which I signed and had notarized on January 19,2023. After many phone calls Jessica, the last person I talked to on July 10,2023 told me she was my new case manager and would check my records and get back to me in a couple of days. She indicated to me she saw the Quit Claim Deed in my record and she would see if it had been sent to county clerk office. She has not called me back. I do not know what is taking so long to transfer this timeshare, since April 26,2021. Please close this timeshare as per contract. I have not received any responses except a letter returned undeliverable sent to Law firm, which I reported immediately to Jessica.Review fromGranville L

I would absolutely recommend the Consumer Consulting Group to anyone experiencing that helpless feeling of being trapped in a "Timeshare maze." My wife and I were one of the many couples who found ourselves caught in the web of timesharing, back in 2018. After shelling out thousands of dollars on the deed, principle and maintenance in 2020, my wife and I decided to take out a loan to obtain a lower percentage rate and pay it off entirely. However, we were still stuck with monthly maintenance fees of $800 per year. As result of work and scheduling difficulties, we never had an opportunity to use the timeshare for 2 years. Immediately following that span of time, we were faced with Covid19 nationwide shut downs. During the course of 2021, my wife and I knew that something had to change. We were losing money from a process that was not providing any benefit, yet bleeding us financially. We searched and made calls to several companies that reported having an ability to "address timeshare issues." My wife and I were looking for confidence and results, not just a company that "addressed timeshare issues." On August 6th 2022, our prayers were answered. I received a call from a Consumer Consulting Group representative (Ken). After speaking with Ken, my wife and I decided to take a chance with CCG. I even provided Ken with an article regarding issues with timeshare companies and let him know about our skepticism. Ken took it in stride and let us know we were in good hands. Ken and the CCG turned one of the most stressful situations in our lives, into feelings of hope and success. The entire Consulting Group managed to stick by us and kept us informed every step of the way. Their process was seamless, comforting, proactive and confident. Once again, I would highly recommend contacting the Consumer Consulting Group, before anyone else. As result of their hard work and dedication, my wife and I are free from the timeshare maze. Thank you so much! My husband and I are a young couple and we had no idea what timeshares were. We just thought it'll be a good investment because we love traveling. The salesmen were so good at making seem so great. We signed up and been deceived. We never used it for the one year that we started it. But the fees were climbing. A few friends of ours told us their experiences and their regrets. I started digging and looking for solutions on how to get out of it. My colleague recommended Consumer Consulting Group. Called and spoke with Sally at the time. She and her team guided us through the process. Lloyd answered my questions when I needed to. Madeline gave us the green light to sign the cancellation agreement. In the begging it was a lengthy wait. But worth it. But the results came back with answers and also ending up being what we wanted. To now be out of a contract with a timeshare company!! Everyone at consumer consulting group has helped us! Thank you! We held off for years to get rid of our time share. So many companys contacted us and they seemed like a scam. Consumer consulting group LLC was straight forward and did everything promised. Mark, Kenny, Alberto and Sally took the time to keep us up to speed with what they were doing and we were able to get out of our time share in 6 months.
