    I just want to express my satisfaction with Consumer Consulting Group. Their team is exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward the process was to terminate my contract. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking to exit their timeshare.

    I wasn't sure who to hire because there are many companies out there. Out of all them I chose CCG. I had 2 timeshares with one of them I just bought. I hired the to get rid of the new one but I wanted to keep my old one. THey were professional, and explained everything to me. They checked my credit and put a privacy block on it so y information is protected. They sent out their disputes and yesterday we received a cancellation agreement from the timeshare developer. This was great news. I didn't think it was going to be done this fast. It was about 74 days, and less than what I pay for one year. We are blessed. I told them I will be their advocate if they get me out. Well I am now advocating.

    This is an absolute fraud of a company. They are worse than the timeshare crooks. They did absolutely nothing for me besides take my $2500 fee.I have tried contacting them time and time again, only to talk to secretaries who continue to inform me that they are looking into my case and they would get back to me. Its been nearly 4 months and nothing.This is absolutely unacceptable and until I get a full refund of my money. I will have to keep on pressing for it.

    We were working with Consumer Consulting Group as a result of signing a contract with Consumer Protection Networks out of *********, **. They were part of a group that was supposed to get us out of our timeshare in **************, **. To date the only thing CCG has supplied is a quit claim deed out of ********************* since our timeshare unit, ***************, declined on the quit claim deed supplied to them. Totally disappointed. This has been going on since August of 2022. We paid $8300.00 for this group to get us out and it is still in our name.

    I was with a timeshare for many years and it was time to get out (getting older and not traveling as much), but the timeshare company was not willing to work with me. Then I went to a session sponsored by Consumer Consulting Group. They explained how they could terminate my timeshare and how long it would take. I signed up and began the process. It took longer than originally said but it was finally accomplished. The only complaint I have is that trying to contact someone on my status. I would leave phone calls and emails, sometimes they would get back with me in timely manner and other times never. But in the end mission accomplished. Would recommend them to everyone, just be prepared for the time it may take to end your timeshare. Thank you.

    These people took out a "loan" to take care of our timeshare and they never did a thing. They never answer their phones and if they do they say someone will call you back. No one ever does and we are in a worst place then when we started with them. We've been asking them for months to refund ** and they ignore **. We've already filed a complaint with the **************** and hoping this helps other people before they hire these predators

    Zero Stars! This company is horrible! I wish we never went to the meeting! They promised to get us out of our timeshare contract and to remove the debt from our credit reports. They said it should take no more than about 9 months to complete. We paid them $10,000 to do this! Aout a year and a half later, our contract went into forclosure and this is on our credit record. We complained to ****** at Consumer Consulting Group and she basically said that we are out of the contract because it was foreclosed. WHAT?!! We could have just stopped paying the contract and done the same thing without having to go $10,000 in the hole for a service that never happened. We want our money back but when my husband talked with ******, it doesn't sound like they will do that. Don't use this company!! They are also part of Consumer Protection Network. That's the name they use for the meetings. They make lots of promises but don't deliver.

    Each case is different and the timelines are not always the same. Per our agreement we have 36 months to have the timeshare developer acknowledge the dispute and begin negotiations. We have already begun negotiations for settlements and preparing for transfers. Providing a zero star on our BBB is a breach of our service agreement.

    We would like to speak to you further to understand your concerns. We will not stop working on eliminating your timeshare until all aspects are eliminated. This can take 9 months or it could take 4 years. Each client has decided on their own they wanted out of their timeshare. Each client decides if they are going to stop paying or not. We never advise our clients to stop paying their bills. 

    Not paying a financial obligation or timeshare loan prior to any proper dispute has a high chance of some negative reporting. Bu rest assured by the time we are finished with out services most if not all of your negative reporting, and financial damage will have been addressed. 

    Keep in mind we did not buy the timeshare. But we do know how to get timeshare owners out of unwanted contracts and memberships. Patience is needed fr this task. Breaking a lifelong financial obligation with  timeshare developer is not an easy task. They do not roll over just because you said you wanted to cancel. There is a process and negotiations that must occur. We work on 2 separate timelines. However, a client that is not willing to follow the program and takes actions to hinder progress and complain versus working with us to get the job done faster is not on us. /
