    We had a great experience with DVC Resale Market and our sales associate Rob! We just closed on a contract at Animal Kingdom Lodge and couldn't be more excited. The whole team at DVC Resale Market was east to work with, responsive, and made the process as smooth as can be. I'll definitely be working with them again in the future!!

    Closed last month on a DVC contract as the buyer. This process was seamless from start to finish. Everything was outlined clearly by every person I encountered. Randy **** did an excellent job of getting the process started and following through with us until the very end.     We have had the easiest and most fun experience working with Randy **** and his team as we purchased Disney Vacation Club resale points at The Polynesian. Within minutes of our making the offer, it was accepted and Randy was in touch with us to let us know all the steps for the process to close. It was a Tuesday evening. We were so surprised by the personal service we got immediately. We had questions and they were answered so fast. Randy and his team are knowledgeable and nurturing. When you think about Disney, you think about amazing above and beyond guest services, DVC Resale Market practices all of that which is a rare gift. Not once did we feel like we were trying to figure this out on our own. They answered questions often before we realized we had them! Randy’s communication is the best I have ever seen. He is extremely dedicated to his clients as is his team. We had the paperwork completed in under 3 weeks beginning to end. My family and I have already recommended Randy to all of our friends and family and will continue to. So thankful for Randy **** and this wonderful company and their ability to bring the magic.     My wife and I just closed our first DVC contract, 200 points at Boulder Ridge! We had talked about this for years, ever since our first Disney trip, actually, and we were blessed to finally make our dream come true. Working with DVCRM was an awesome experience. Dani ******* was the agent we worked through; she was very prompt, thorough, helpful, and available for any questions we had through the process, literally day and night. Such a cool experience to do business with a company we’ve been following for years in the DVC world. Hopefully we’ll be back for another contract in the not too distant future!
