  I have been waiting for years for a contract on sale for Old Key West with an extension agreement to replace my Animal Kingdom Lodge contract. As soon as it came up, I contacted DVC resale and was connected with Randy ****. He was very kind and efficient and took me through the process of purchasing the new contract with ease. I plan on working with him again whenever I need DVC resale assistance.

  This is the first contract I have purchased with DVC Resale (first DVC, at all). I submitted the online query form and received a call from Humberto S within 24 hours. Being in the UK, it was great to be able to speak to someone almost straight away, rather than having the process drawn out by going back and forth via email. Humberto was incredibly knowledgeable; gave me time to take notes as we talked and was more than willing to answer my questions or repeat anything that I was unsure of. Once my spouse and I were ready to submit an offer, I sent my chosen preferences to Humberto and was shocked to receive a reply, after less than 90 minutes, that the offer had been accepted (and on a Saturday as well!). All documents from that point were received promptly by email for electronic signature. Now it's fingers crossed that it continues past Disney's ROFR. However, I am fully confident than Humberto will continue to help if the need arises to start again. Thank you so much, Humberto. My family and I can't wait to be 'welcomed home' in the near future.

  We recently closed on our first DVC purchase. The transaction was very smooth and we knew exactly what to expect the whole way through. Dani and her team provided us with great insight. I would definitely refer friends to DVC Resale and I would use them again for future purchases.

  The resale team at DVC Resale is totally awesome. This is the second time Dani has been my agent. She is very patient and professional as I continually ask questions. Her prompt responses always makes me feel like I am important. The purchase of my Saratoga Springs contract was seamless. I know that was due to the entire team and process they have established. Thanks for holding my hand and guiding me.

  This is our first time buying DVC points via direct or resale, and Dani Metzger was incredible. My wife and I since our first interaction with Dani knew this was the right move as Dani was very quick to turnaround any questions we had and brought a lot of knowledge to all of our comms. We did appreciate her honesty if we were thinking about something in a way that wouldn't benefit us the most and she was quick to give us her opinion and how it would be better for our family, etc.
