      ******** As a owner of a large number of points in a major timeshare company, I was looking for a outlet who could rent my points. Timeshare by Owners has been an outlet for rental. They are professional in their dealings with me. **** especially has been a great asset in finding clients that rent at a reasonable price for the renter s well as the rentor. My units are first class in every way and our clients are satisfied with their rentals..

      I was contacted by Timeshares by Owners for a last minute unit in ****** I was attempting to rent thru their website. ***** was on his "A" game finding a unit at the resort I was interested in. He contacted numerous owners and I was able to reserve a last-minute unit at a good deal. I was continually updated thru each step of a process. The reservation was seamlessly completed and we are all set for ******. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

      I agree with **** B!!!! This company is a joke. I am embarrassed on how much money I have given to these crooks... thousands and thousands of dollars. I am too trusting and have paid the price. Every "new" Timeshare by Owner employee who contacts me talks about their great rating, they're on my side, "I'll do my very best", "let's get this sold"... it's all the same (perhaps part of their training). They have all my information and each new caller wants to go through all the details (including more price drops). It is unbelievable!My particular timeshare is paid, all maintenance fees up to date, maxed out weeks in the bank and the price has been dropped in half... they still can't sell it! Months will go by with no phone calls or updates until eventually some new person calls and says, "Would you like to sell your Timeshare?" Are you kidding me! After requesting another $3000+ dollars they have the ***** to say that they are the district manager or something and all the other people before them don't have the "resources" they have. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE STAR rating I would.FYI - I have never wrote a review in my life... that's how much this stings.

      SCAM! My husband paid $650 and was told they would sell our timeshare with no problem. They called back months later (***** ?) and wanted $3400 more and said they guaranteed the sale and we would get back the $3400 in addition to what the timeshare sold for. I researched the company and saw all the bad reviews. How can a place like this still be in business. Definitely lying and taking advantage of people. This place should be closed down for their deceptive business practices. DO NOT give them any money. Only gave them 1 star because I could not give zero stars.

      It took a couple of years to finally get some reservations that I could accept, but the service and follow-up have been excellent. I got a good price, and ***** was excellent to work with, keeping me informed and guiding me through the process.

      I've been with this company for a number of years now and finally had my first rental thru them. The process was very straight forward and the price I received was much higher than other rental agencies I have used. Will definitely continue to work with ***** and use their services.
