  I have had success in guest use of my timeshare twice through this service and would recommend them. The key is to communicate frequently and respond to the inquiries with a reasonable benefit to all.Most people who know how to use their timeshares will book 11 months ahead to get what they want. Last minute bookings are harder to find. Booking popular weeks ahead will also help if you want to be able to let others use it at popular times in popular areas. I have had numerous inquiries but the timeframes are hard to meet because others don't understand that they need to plan months in advance. People also don't understand the value of the use of the resorts and want last minute cheap vacation time. Sometimes you luck out and there are availability on short notice from cancellations from other owners.

  I had no confidence but I was Dead Wrong. These people got me renters almost immediately with a simple and easy process. Totally Happy With **** and her service.

  I worked with **** and it was a wonderful experience. We emailed back and forth looking at different resorts. Onc we decided we then talked on the phone. She found us a wonderful resort in ******* for 4 nights. Paperwork was seamless. I have already referred 2 friends to her. I know we will use the company again.

  This company is a scam. I listed my Hi timeshare with them following a grand sales pitch. Prices and promises were exaggerated. They do not work for you unless you give them thousands more than the initial fee. I am 82 yo and want my initial fee back.

  To Whom It May ********** appears that there has been consistent conversations with *********************** since he purchased marketing through Timeshare By Owner on October 13, 2023. It also appears that there has been limited contact in reference to purchasing additional marketing. **************** did not purchase any additional marketing, and now I will ensure that he does not receive any calls in regard to the possibility of purchasing more marketing by placing him on our "do not solicit" list. I will also go ahead and provide him with two additional marketing programs at no cost to advertise his Travel Resorts of America vacation club in our Elite Plus and Showcase programs. Elite Plus gives him two digital marketing magazines-- one for the one-month ************************* followed by the *************** Showcase is a seasonal three-month program to be placed into the Winter Showcase that also includes email blasts going out to those that have expressed interest in his Travel Resorts of America.I'm sorry that there have not been offers as yet-- and of course we cannot guarantee offers, successful rents and/or sales. Our guarantee is to advertise and that is exactly what we have been doing. We will continue to do so as per contract. In **************************** marketing has now been renewed through the next two contract periods, and complete profiles and photos have been added to his ad to give it more prominence. Without an opportunity to rent out your club, it does make it a little more difficult to provide you with an offer. Renters are known to become buyers, but we will focus on the fact that you only want to sell and try to find the right buyer for you. I'll work with the concierge department in trying to come up with that buyer.   We were contacted by Timeshares by Owner to enter into agreement to market our Timeshare for sale and or rental. A major factor in our decision was assurances and reference to BBB ratings, which are prominently posted on their website.
  We agreed and paid $960 to have our property listed and marketed. After 4 mos. we have not received any offers nor any evidence that the property has been marketed.
  
  Today, we received a call to have us consider a "showcase" of our property in exchange for an additional fee of $3,500. In answer to my question " what have we gotten for the $960 we already invested" --we got evasive and defensive answers. After refusing the offer and threatening to file a complaint with BBB the caller said " let me talk to my Mgr. about what we can do to promote your property ..."
  I expect a call from someone to try to convince us the property just needs more exposure - blah blah blah.
  
  My next step was to log onto BBB and review complaints made against Timeshares by Owner - there are many - all of which state that repeated sales pitches are made to secure more $. None of these complaints indicate that additional fees resulted in any success.
  
  On an interesting note, I have read several posted reviews raving about how easy it was to rent and use Timeshares By Owner--as a rental agent, and how wonderful their customer contact was who helped with securing the rental.
  However, there are very few reviews (1 by my count) written by timeshare owners on securing a renter for their timeshare property.
  
  I will not invest 1 more $ with this company- so to be sure to limit my damages- and I will pursue urging BBB to investigate and to take appropriate actions against a company that falsely cites that they have a commendable BBB rating.

  Timeshares By Owner contacted me in March 2021 and said they would sell my timeshare within 6 months.I agreed and paid them and was told they would rent my timeshare while they are trying to sell it.Well almost 3 years later and two more payments with the same promises I've gotten zero offers to buy my timeshare and minimal rental opportunities.Today I received a call from Beth Ann that if I paid another 2,500 dollars for the latest " Program" that my timeshare would be sold.After getting upset and telling her I was not giving them any more money and that the company was just a money grab.She said do I live under a rock that these things take time.And when I said that's not what you and your people told me she said I have a complex.In closing this company has not kept any of their word and just keep asking for more money.I would advise anyone against using Timeshares By Owner to sell their timeshare.

  I have utilized their services for renting time share units for my family numerous times in the past and have been totally satisfied with the service. Peter ********, my representative, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly reccomend their services to anyone wanting to rent a vacation home for a reasonable price.

  Timeshare by Owners reached out to me to see if I was interested in selling or renting my Timeshare 3 years ago. I was very interested in selling after being laid off due to the pandemic. This was a bill I wanted to get off my hands. I currently still have my timeshare. Since the initial payment they have charged me, I have been charged an additional 2 payments. The payments as they state, after you pay and you get no rental or sales offer, are for different levels of marketing. This program is just a MARKETING program whom promises they can get you offers so quick, however all they do is take your money and post you on a website with all the others they have ripped off. They do follow up and call every 6 months to a year with more enticing verbiage like we can sell quicker this time but there is additional funding needed for next level of this program. Again they come with all. these promises it will sell quickly. I've been playing catch up from this pandemic for a minute now but for someone to take advantage of that is heartless. The last call and payment I charged was supposedly from the Quality Control department, guy name Mike, whom swore TBO been sitting on your case way to long and we must settle this. Of course they needed another payment, he claim this was not for another marketing upgrade but to close this sale out and get the paperwork done. The timeshare should sell quickly long as I didnt change my asking price. He was going to get the work done so quick just promise to go and give them the best review ever because they were getting all these negative reviews. Well Mike you have another one, a negative one. I've charged my cards up under the assurance I would sell and pay my cards off to receive nothing from Mike and every other liar that has called my phone from TBO. It's a horrible feeling and a bad position to be in especially due someone else's greed. I trusted this company was professional and definitely going to assist my needs.

I only wish that you could have experienced the same success.What I have done now is add a complete profile and multiple photos on your ad to give it more prominence on our website and in our walk-in offices.
