  Peter did a great job for us finding someone to rent our timeshare week. We were paid promptly. The transaction went very smoothly. Peter kept us informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

  As a renter, they’ve been fabulous. Peter called me immediately to find out exactly what we wanted after submitting a form online. Within a day he had a unit for us to rent that was 12 months away. The paperwork and confirmation came in quickly, it was a seamless simple process. I even sent my brother to him a week later to find a unit in the same building same dates and he had him squared away in a single morning. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Peter directly. He’s responsive, transparent about his outreach to owners, and very friendly.

  BEWARE! Was contacted by JAMES ****** - Sales Director regarding renting my timeshare. Fast talker but clearly a scammer. After going back and forth he then requested I pay a fee of roughly $998 to market my timeshare without seeing any contracts. He reluctantly sent me a blank contract. When I decided not to move forward he rudely told me I wasted his time and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and it told me I made the right decision not to do business with this company.

  To Whom It May Concern,
  I'm sorry that Lee ********* feels the way that he does, but I can also understand his reservations in not marketing his timeshare through our services, if he did not feel informed enough. If he is not comfortable with what a representative is saying, then by all means do not purchase our marketing program. I can say this, however, we successfully rent out timeshares all the time with a very active Concierge Department-- and we close on up to five rentals a day. Renting out a timeshare is also a great way of finding a buyer for a client. Once a client comes to terms with a buyer, we will set up the closing services, which will be handled by a closing company. Though we do not do the closing, we will work as a liaison through that entire process. We are very successful at what we do and have been in the timeshare resale and rental business for 25 years-- one of the first in the business, successfully finding renters and buyers for our clients. As a marketing company, we cannot promise timeframes that a timeshare will sell or rent or how much the offer on a timeshare might be. We do promise to market a client's timeshare with the best programs in the business, and we will continue to market a client's timeshare until a property is sold or no longer owned.
  Our programs include website/walk-in office advertising, digital marketing magazines, a seasonal showcase, a weekly podcast, hot deals of the week, a Reserved & Ready feature on our website. and email blasts going out to those that have expressed interest in timeshares like what any specific client might own. It's all about exposure, and we provide better exposure than any other company.
  I'm sorry that one representative tainted the opinion of Mr. *********. If Mr. ********* has any questions or concerns regarding our services, he can certainly call our Client Services Dept at toll-free (888) 707-8463 or (888) 402-0280.   I have rented timeshares from Peter at Club Wyndham Ocean Boulevard several times. He always does an excellent job and is able to find exactly what I’m looking for. He also is very prompt. I would use his services again and recommend him highly.

  If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. "Blue" called me and promised that he'd have this sold asap. We spent $900 and the only time we have ever had a call is when they are asking us for more money. There has not been 1 prospect in 3 years. It is a HUGE scam. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!

  To Whom It May Concern,
  I'm sorry that Charisse ****** is not happy with the services provided in regard to the marketing that she purchased through sales representative, Harold Blue. When Ms. ****** purchased marketing to advertise both her WorldMark points and TLC Vacation Club points for both rent and sale, she had to sign the contracts in advance of purchase and we also had to conduct quality control calls to ensure that the client acknowledged their understanding of our services. By reviewing the contract before signing, Ms. ****** understood that there was a ten-day cancellation timeframe for requesting a full refund and that we could not promise when a timeshare would sell or rent and how much the offer might be. In the quality control call that followed, Ms. ****** also acknowledged her understanding of our services, and the fact that we cannot guarantee any timeframes in which a timeshare will sell or rent. We also provided our corporate office client services telephone numbers, of which it does not appear that Ms. ****** has ever contacted us to discuss her concerns. If Ms. ****** acknowledged her understanding of our services in the Quality Control call. If she had not, then we would have processed a full refund of the marketing fees that she paid.
  While I'm sorry that Ms. ****** feels the way that she does, I wish that she had contacted our Client Services Department and Concierge Department, so that we could have worked with her on some of her concerns. What I am doing now is placing her on the "do not solicit" list, so that she is not contacted again to purchase more marketing. I am also adding complete profiles and photos to both of her ads to give them more prominence on our website and in our walk-in offices. Along with that, I am providing her with additional marketing at no cost that includes both the Elite Plus marketing program and the three-month Fall Showcase. The Elite Plus includes two one-month digital marketing magazines of the Trader and Elite, one following the other. The Showcase is seasonal with three months of digital marketing and email blasts going out to those that have expressed any interest in vacation clubs and WorldMark properties. In addition to the additional marketing, I am going to work with our Concierge Department in finding offers for Ms. Walker's WorldMark points and TLC Vacation Club.
