I have rented 4 timeshares from Peter, all tough units to get, such as wyndham alexandria va.
I had been very pleased with the results. For instance Yesterday afternoon, around 4 PM, I called him to rent a certain unit in severville and less than 24 hours later the deal completed.Timeshares By Owner

This company is a SCAM. They should be put out of business. I dealt with Amanda Askin, she suggested that I put my Ad on their website for $13,000, yet I wanted it to be lower.
Just before I got off the phone with her, she told me to call my bank to let them know $4,499 was going to be charged and this wasn't FRAUD. I had second thoughts after that, I tried to stop by bank from processing the payment. When I called Amanda Askin, the next day to cancel she suggested a lower fee, since I did more research, once she gave me the correct web address. Also, the site clearly shows lots of properties much better than the one I have, that Amanda knew mines with never sell, with the price she made me agree to. They put timeshares up for the price they know nobody will buys them, this is a SCAM.Timeshares By Owner

To Whom It May Concern,
I'm sorry that Ralph ***** feels the way that he does. Mr.***** has purchased marketing on at least three different occasions to advertise his Westgate Vacation Village timeshare in central Florida. It appears that since Mr. ***** first purchased marketing on May 19, 2020, he has received multiple offers on his timeshare. While there has not been any success yet, it does not mean that any future offer will not be successful. None of the offers have been for a sale as yet, but a successful rent can always turn into a buyer. We do close on rentals all the time through our Concierge Department. As for the sale, We do not handle the sale of a timeshare, but after the buyer comes to terms with the seller, we can set up the closing through a company known as Resort Closings, and while they do not do the closing, we work as a liaison through that process.
In reference to Mr. Smith's marketing through Timeshares By Owner, we have been advertising his timeshare as contracted and promised. We cannot guarantee the sale or rent of a client's timeshare for any particular price or timeframe; we can only guarantee the marketing, which is exactly what we have been doing for Mr. Smith. Once there is an offer, our concierge department will contact him and will work with from offer to close, be it rental or sale. Based on Mr. Smith's complaint, I will go ahead and provide him with additional marketing at no cost in our Elite Plus and Summer Showcase Marketing programs. That additional marketing will include both the Timeshare Trader and Elite digital marketing magazines, with one magazine following the other. Mr. ***** is also placed on the "do not solicit" list, so that he is not contacted again to purchase additional marketing.

I hired TSBO to sell the Wyndham Vacation Resort Ownership that I inherited from my parents after their passing in 2015. While they have never sent me a single offer to buy my ownership their Concierge Department has been excellent in providing me with offers to rent out some of my points to help offset the Wyndham yearly fees. While I primarily have worked with Peter H the entire Concierge Team goes above and beyond to provide their clients with the best experience possible. I only wish everyone at TSBO was as exceptional as the people in their Concierge Department. I am giving their Concierge Department a 5 Star Rating independently of the rest of the company.Timeshares By Owner

Run the other way! This company has made Several promises to sell/rent our timeshare over the past 4 years and has not delivered on any of them. They are persistent in calling daily to sell you ad spots in their magazines however, they DO NOT spend any time calling with offers. The salespeople that have called as of recently have been rude, insulting and aggressively unprofessional. They will NOT take No for an answer!! I hope whole heartedly that this review can same someone else the stress and disappointment that we have gone through with this company.Timeshares By Owner

To Whom It May Concern,
According to my records, Christine ******* has been a client of Timeshares By Owner since October 30, 2019. The original fee consisted of one six-month contract in the amount of $495 to advertise her ******* **** Resort timeshare on our website and in our walk-in offices. That ad remains active and has been renewed through September 2024 with a complete profile and photos added to give it more prominence. Subsequent purchases took place to market her timeshare in different marketing programs, such as the Timeshare Trader digital marketing magazine, the Elite Plus Marketing Program (that included the Timeshare Trader and Elite Magazines—both digital marketing magazines), the Showcase Marketing (seasonal marketing for three months in each season and included email blasts going out to those that have expressed interest in Ms. ********* timeshare or something like it. All marketing purchases require a signature on a contract before we can process the fees and Ms. ********* contracts were signed electronically in advance of fees being processed. Complete quality control calls were also conducted right after each purchase in which she fully acknowledged her understanding of our marketing program and the terms and the conditions associated with it. If there is ever a lack of understanding or acceptance of any marketing program in a quality control (QC) call, a full refund of the marketing fee is processed. In the contract, the ten-day cancellation timeframe was fully explained and there is no record of any notice of cancellation coming from anyone within the ten-day timeframe as required in the contract.
In the complaint against Timeshares By Owner, Ms. ******* contends that anyone should run the other way from purchasing any Timeshares by Owner marketing program. While I understand why she might feel that way now, we have been tremendously successful in moving many of our clients timeshares through successful rental programs and renters have been known to become buyers. In fact, we generate about $10 million in offers on a monthly basis. I’m also sorry that Ms. ********* timeshare has not yet sold; however, I will work with the Concierge Department to ensure that they are doing everything they can to find offers for her timeshare.
Timeshares By Owner has been in business for 25 years helping clients rent and/or sell their timeshares. As stated, we generate millions in transmitted offers monthly, and our fully staffed Concierge Department closes on transactions all the time (sometimes up to five in one day). Our guarantee is to market a client's timeshare, and Timeshares By Owner has absolutely provided the services that we say we do. Once there is an offer, it comes from a representative of our Concierge Department and they will work with the client from offer to completion, be it rental or sale. We have also advertised in the USA Today as well as major city newspapers, billboards, TV (***** **** ******* ******** *** ****** *******), direct mail marketing, internet, and other forms of media. We attend trade shows, and we digitally distribute the Timeshare Trader and Elite Plus magazines on a monthly basis. We do seasonal showcases that are advertised digitally and we send out email blasts directly to potential renters and buyers. We also sponsor our own podcast; "Vacation Time" broadcast every week live from the studios of the Timeshares By Owner corporate office. That is just a little of what we do. We have the tools to rent and/or sell a client's timeshare and have been successful at doing just that since 1998.
Not that the question was asked, but just based on the fact that we have been marketing Ms. ********* timeshare as contracted, there is no entitlement to any refund. However, I will provide additional marketing at no cost. New marketing will include a new edition of the Elite Plus and Showcase marketing programs that includes both the Timeshare Trader and Elite Plus digital magazines. Amazing service and deal on timeshare rental. Gigi was professional, patient, persistent and pleasant. I would highly recommend this service if you're looking for a timeshare deal.
