      You need to back to the old way of registering for classes. I will NOT be using your site again. Too time consuming, especially for bulk registration. Very disappointed.

      I took the **** 10 course. It was a good refresher for sure. It did feel like I was in the course for more than 10 hrs. Other than that I had no issues. **** was especially helpful when I had a question after completing the course. Thank you!

      The complaints as outlined in the BBB summary from February ******************* July 2024. My son would be logged out of the program every two minutes while in the middle of trying to complete the ******'s Law course online. Upon reaching out to the company for assistance, I continued to hear there is an unexpected long wait time, your call will be answered in 3 minutes. The next time it would say 5 minutes, then 10 minutes while on the same call three separate times. Chat finally answered after the fourth attempt, only to cut off the chat by saying they hadn't received any complaints of such an issue. This is the epitome of a scam site and should not be endorsed by the Georgia Driver's Services Department.

      Avoid this company at all costs. You can take the course, they'll take your money but good luck getting hold of anyone. They're always experiencing 'High Call Volume', then it was 'Technical Issues" No certificate sent even though I paid the $29.95 for the ***** Overnight Shipping.

We’ve looked into your case and can confirm that the tracking number for your certificate is 741440218516. As of the latest update, the status is Delivered: Tue, Jul 30, 12:16 PM. Upon further research, it appears that this tracking number was provided to you by our customer service representative on 7/30/2024 at 1:47 PM.

      We’re actively working to resolve the issues you’ve described with our customer service and technical support. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our processes. We want to ensure that your concerns are fully addressed and that you receive the service you paid for.

      The parent-taught driver's ** has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. First of all, my son miss** his driving test appointment (which take weeks, if not months to get) because of the built-in driving practice timers within the later modules. As a parent, of course I want my child to complete his driving practice, and we've been working on it since July of 2023 when he got his permit. The more practice the better! We also understood that we would ne** to submit a 30 hour practice log. What we didn't understand was that the 44 advertis** practice hours would be built into the modules, and that the timers (some of them as long as 8 hours) wouldn't let him proce** in the program until they zero** out. This makes no sense! Who is logg** into their computer while practicing driving?? Not to mention the fact that the program automatically logs you out when you are inactive for a certain number of minutes. So, you come back to a logg**-out account and the time you spent doesn't even count! Once we finally got past the timers (logging over 100 hours in the program), we email** the additional 30 hour driving log to be verifi**. They respond** within 48 business hours, asking for a few (nitpicky) corrections. We made the corrections and resubmitt** right away. According to their website, it should take 48 hours for the account to be unlock** or for them to email you a response. Four days and two live-chats later, his account was still lock**, and we'd receiv** no fe**back. Upon a third live-chat conversation, we were told to submit his practice log yet again and wait another 48 hours. In the meantime, he is waiting to take his final exam so that he can make his resch**ul** driving test appointment. Bas** on how things have gone so far, and on the other complaints I've read, I'm legitimately concern** he won't receive his certificate in time.

      Upon further review of your account, I see that the verification of the logs was cleared, and that the customer was able to submit his completion. A certificate should have been emailed already to the email address on file.

      To clarify, we do offer different programs for those who either need occupational services or driver safety courses. We are the same company, however depending on the customer's needs, they can find what they are looking for through different websites, to make it easier to separate our products offered.

      I recently encountered a minor issue with my account and had the pleasure of receiving support from ***. Contrary to a few reviews expressing concerns about support, my experience was nothing short of excellent. Aby was not only prompt in her responses but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.Utilizing the chat feature on the site, I quickly connected with *** and explained my predicamentI had managed to lock myself out of my account by forgetting the answers to my security questions (at my age, I'm lucky I remember my own name!).       I would never use this again or recommend it. This site should inform you that it is not 30 hours. I spent over 47 hours on this program. It has a timer and if you finish reading the material the time will not allow you to go on until the set time for that topic is complete. It will time you out every ten minutes even if you are working in the ******* You have to click on the question and answer before it allows you to continue. The timer is at the top of the page and rolls for every minute you are on the computer. You cannot move forward and you cannot proceed until the timer allows you to. It is very frustrating. I called to chat with an agent and the agent was rude and told me how long I had been in the program. I knew how long I had been in the program. my question was why was I on the program longer than 30 hours, regardless of how low the cost for this program is. I will not recommend it to anyone and I would not have purchased it had I known up front that I would be on the program for almost 50 hours. I did complete the program and received the certificate.

      This was a great interactive course and the support from **** made things very easy. I recommend this course to all employers who are looking for some accountability in their staff.If your team members take the initiative upon themselves to learn then you know you can count on them. If they cannot complete this course then you probably don't want them on the team!
