Bloated user roles, wasting your staff time. Deceptive business practice. Every renewal requires creation of "new user" account. This misrepresents the actual user count. If every time a staff of 100 signs up for a new course the American Safety Council doubles the same user they count 100 "new" users. My views do not reflect those of the company I am employed by.American Safety Council, Inc.
